Great facility and equipment. Great people and trainers. I really enjoyed my 3 free days. I would have loved to have stayed but I won't pay $160+/mo., plus $128 (one time fee) for the hear rate monitor. There is an option for less, $129 I think, but it's only good for 2 days a week. You can't get into decent shape by working out 2 times a week. If you want more days then they have the "unlimited" plan but you pay the premium price. I would have done a 3 day a week package but it wasn't available. I think they are missing an opportunity by not having this package. All in all, a great place, but expensive.
