I certainly do not recommend Orange theory to anyone. I received the worst customer service with the staff that was present there. As well as some racist comments that really has me in shock. Never in my 37 years have I ever been disrespected like that!!!!!

First impressions do count and my take away was not what I had anticipated. I decided to attend as a guest and was blown away by their horrific customer service. Oh well, their loss. Hopefully this review and the email I’ve sent will help them attain better customer service skills with future and prospective clients. It’s a shame that their manager has not received the proper training in how to greet new customers. Hasta nunca.

The worst place ever and beyond the worst costumer service! I have been a member of orange theory-Dallas for more than a year now. I have been to about 12 different studios as I travel for work. This studio is RIDICULOUS!!! This studio did not let me work out because I did not have a heart monitor which I have never had a problem in any of the Texas studios I have been to. The fact that they said I could not work out without it because I can go into “cardiac arrest”, is plain ridiculous. If I happen to go into “cardiac arrest or collapse”, please check my actual pulse, not my heart monitor. It’s a heart monitor not an actual 12 lead ekg. Is the staff that knowledgeable that they are able to identify if I go into A-fib with RVR, Ventricular tachycardia, Complete heart block, ventricular fibrillation or asystole? If so then I am beyond blown away. Congratulations El Paso you are in good Hands! It is pretty clear they are only trying to scam you by pushing you to purchase these monitors.I’m ashamed that they are even considered an OT family. OT sets high standards, and I can truly say the other OT facilities have set the bar high.

I can’t express enough. Great friendly staff! Couches are amazing and very helpful. OT gave the work out a new definition. My wife and I been going there for 1 month now and we will continue going! Thanks OT Coronado. Allyssa, Alex, Abby! couch Genesis, Monica, Jallycia, Shelly and Marcus are the best.

The store manager needs additional customer service training. I’ve been a member out of a fantastic San Antonio location for almost 2 months and was visiting my parents in El Paso. I’ve raved about OTF and signed up my mom for a trial class. I already know they want new members to show up early to do paperwork and tour. We arrived 25 minutes before class started and they declined to see her because they require 30 MINUTES! The receptionist was great and actually had my mom fill out the paperwork and she finished. But then the store manager came and told her she’d have to schedule another class due to not having enough time to tour (and while she was arguing with us, the prior class was still going, so the tour wouldn’t have even started yet). In all the time going back and forth, she could’ve done the sales pitch that she so badly needed the extra 5 mins to do. Disappointed with this location. They lost a customer over a stupid 5mins. The store manager needs training on how to address customers.

I have been an OTF member in San Diego for over 4 years and it’s absolutely INSANE this location requires you to wear a heart rate monitor. Such a shame considering the studio is a great size and in a good location. Coach I had was very average and not up to the level I was used to. I hope they can fix some of their policies and bring the studio up to the great OTF standard we are accustomed to.

I've never worked out and I've been really impressed with OrangeTheory. Great coaches and a good workout that they help modify to your individual fitness level. What sold me is when they asked before the first class if I was a runner, a jogger, or a walker (walker please!) Also lots of variety in the workouts-although always a combo of treadmill, rower, and weights. Expensive but I've been very happy.

I’ve been going about a month now and I love the classes. They have a variety of times unlike some other gyms, they have amazing trainers, and the music rocks! Every class I feel like I’m being pushed to my limits. The trainers really care, they’re friendly, and they really make an effort to know everyone and be personable. I LOVE OTFCoronado.

I visited this Orangetheory while in town with family, and was amazed with the location, size (coming from a California studio, this one is cavernous) and people, including the front desk and especially Coach Heather, who I took my class with. They welcomed me as a visitor, explained everything about the location and even thanked me for visiting at the end of the workout! There is ample parking and people of all fitness levels... it never felt like a gym, and the coaches were so encouraging -- such a communal feel, and you feed off the energy of everyone else, which I loved! I make it a point to visit this studio every time I visit.
