Highly recommend TruFit. I have been attending since August 2022. During this time I've had a trainer, Gabriel ("Gabe") whose helped me make serious gains. Toju and Debbie, who work the front desk are very polite and welcoming. Great atmosphere. Always clean and well lit. 5 stars only because there aren't 6 available. š«” ā¦

I ABSOLUTELY love coming here!! The manager Destiny is so welcoming and so nice. The staff are extremely helpful. Iāve been to other gyms around here, but this is definitely my favorite. The staff members have been so warm and encouraging. And definitely cleaner than some of the others in town.

- 0 stars , soooo Bad service ! The Managers do not solve anything for me, I have been changing my membership for 5 months, I go from time to time to see what answer they have and they leave me waiting for an hour to tell me the same thing. I deleted a review that I had written about the gym, because that's how they told me that they didn't like the review and that they were going to solve my problem and that they would call me back, they didn't call me, I call back , and the manager who had already talked to me was not in the gym anymore. They only play with your time and you lose your money.

***How is it that we donāt have more gyms and staff members like these?!? š«¶š½***Since I came in *ALEXA* helped me out with information I needed about the gym, I like that she actually took the time to show me around and answering any question I had; the best part is that she was really nice and professional telling me how this could be the perfect place for me to reach my fitness goals.Will definitely be a member in this location

Alexa is the best! She gave me a great orientation of the gym, made me feel comfortable. Showed me the group fit room for classes. She even showed me which classes she works into her schedule and her work out plan. I appreciate Alexa and how she made feel welcome in this gym!

I have been using this gym for 3 months already, and I really like it, sometimes gets too busy, but that happens everywhere certain times. The employees are cool, and the manager Steven is helpful. Alexa and Toju are cool too. I recommend it

I am currently a member but Iām not sure if I will be in the near futureā¦ I have the plus membership where I get daycare and a plus. To my surprise I went to workout last week and I had my plus one with me like I always do and I was informed that they would let her workout that night with me but from now on corporate had changed the policy on the membership where you canāt take a plus one anymoreā¦. I am incredibly disappointed, the gym is nice the trainers and workers are always friendly but Iām just shocked how they can change a perk when ever they pleaseā¦One of the main reasons I got the membership was to be able to take my older mother with me to workout to get her out the house and get her health back up. Iāll probably cancel this coming week.

The atmosphere and overall environment of the gym was great. The staff is wonderful, in particular, Ms. Alexa Torres, made my experience at the gym very lovely and comfortable. She explained all the equipment and plans available through the gym and made my experience there fun! Canāt wait to go back!!

This place is getting grimier and its not just the upkeep. Employees are unprofessional. Something is always out of order/service. It seems like everything changed randomly without warning. We find put upon checking in to the gym. They don't care if you're inconvenienced and your premium stays the same. They could care less about the customer, gym upkeep, and customer friendly employees they hire but please, keep paying your fees.This week apparently the point system is done EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. Ashla then advised that I visit another location out of the area to use my points tonight. Headed Lubbock per Ashla to to get my gym session in tonight. Hopefully I'll be back by 10 for bed. š

So great customer service because the people are cool AF... But that's it... The gym needs better Maintaining overall & perhaps management.. Aside from that, the sauna doesn't feel like one anymore. Most gym equipment needs replacing or fixing very often. Billing has been crazy. Refunds taking longer than a couple months but hopefully it gets resolved for me & others.
