I was a little hesitant starting at a new gym as it can be a little intimidating, but I’m so glad i came by the time I walked out I knew I made the right choice by coming to TruFit, first thing I noticed was how neat and clean it was then I was greeted by STEPHANIE , she has an amazing attitude and super helpful she provided the extra motivation to keep you going and was always willing to assist with any questions and concerns. My husband and I love going here because it’s always a nice environment and it’s always super clean! We’re always happy to be helped by Stephanie Diaz as she is quick to answer any questions we have and is a very pleasant young lady! Highly recommend her and TruFit!

Most difficult gym to be able to cancel membership. I requested for membership to be canceled they still charged me annual fee even though I was canceling. I asked to speak to supervisor which told me he could not do anything about it. I called the billing department and they gave me the contact information for the district manager. He never answers the calls or replies back to emails.

Very clean! Stephanie Diaz is a very kind and friendly person. Love her personality! And is always making sure the women’s locker rooms our clean for us to use. I’ve been to other gyms where they are dirty and smell gross! Love trufit! BEST PLACE!

I been going to TruFit for a year now. It has been a really good experience. The gym is always clean and they maintain the machines constantly! I went in asking for help on upgrading my membership and Alejandro was a lot of help. He was really patient with all my questions and enthusiastic to help me ! Best gym in El Paso!
