very spacious gym, equipment is in pretty good condition considering it's a corporate gym. staff is friendly, and place is generally clean with a few exceptions here and there.

I have been really hesitant to go to a gym before, but TruFit gym has been such a warm and welcoming experience every time that I go. The staff is super friendly and the amenities are awesome—definitely get the membership with the hydro massage bed (it’s so worth it). I had a training session with Daisy and she was so awesome! Not only was she super encouraging and challenging, but she was able to make each exercise catered to my abilities and needs. I look forward to coming here every day, so you should give it a try too!

I had a fantastic experience at the gym, and Daisy played a crucial role in making it enjoyable. Her friendly and supportive approach helped me stay motivated throughout my workouts. The gym's facilities are top notch, and Daisy's guidance in trying out new exercises has been invaluable. I can't wait to continue my fitness journey with her assistance. Highly recommend!

great gym , some guys are total creeps but theres a ladies room where theyre not allowed !!!! they also start you off super di super cost effectively ! to me ? it was like walking into the gym for free .! they have everything, weights, classes, a dry sauna , machinery , a punching bag, which they dont have gloves for so you dont get any illnesses from other people ! these people truly have your back when it comes to working out. open 24 hours !! on the weekdays! i could come at 4 AM !! leave my house at 3 ! they have paper towels for u to wipe the equipment down too! so thoughful 4 and clean!! located right next to sunland park mall. a part of the building but a separate entrance which is really neat ! registration was so simple and quick and straight to my workout ! my mom started noticing results after about 4 workouts! it must be something in the air in there ! but i recommend !

Poor management. I was in town for a few days and wanted to get a few workouts in. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a TruFit location in El Paso since I have a membership at a different location in South Texas. I have the basic membership so I was not expecting free access to work out but I figured I could pay for some day passes. Staff told me that I couldn't work out there unless I upgraded to a premium memembership. I respect the rules so I told them that im willing to pay for day passes, just like any other non member. They flat out told me I couldnt! Just because I had a memebership at another location! That doesn't make any sense. I was essentially punished for having a memebership at another location and staff didn't even bother to make any considerations for me. Very poor management and inconsiderate to say the least. I hope the owner reads this review because I'm willing to bet this won't sit well with them either.

Been coming the this gym for a while now and it has a really cool vibe! Every one is friendly and the staff is nice especially Toju at the entrance. He always has a positive attitude and contributes to the welcoming vibe!

Pretty good gym but restrooms are always disgusting. They always look like they haven’t been cleaned in 2 weeks. Either that or they’re out of service. There’s always 10 employees just standing around in the front but nobody can go check the restrooms? Not to mention the water fountains are always not working.

Today is my first day at the place, super clean and great temperature. The front desk girl kam was super nice, helpful right off the bat as soon as we walked in. She made us feel welcomed.

Great gym! The staff is friendly and the equipment is fire. In the day care Mia stands out, she’s very friendly and takes good care of the kids. Very friendly and clean gym. Highly recommend
