I was working in El Paso from out of state and got a membership here because I was going to be there for 3 months for work, and when I was done, I went in to cancel membership I signed the paper but they continued to charge me for like 3 months even though I've repeatedly called and emailed for them to stop and they even did this to my buddy who got a membership here too and won't work with me even though I'm no longer in El Paso.Ps there gym wasn't even that impressive for what they charge.

TRUFIT Athletic Club is one fantastic gym with great employees and co-workers. Everyone here is so polite and respectful and also well mannered. TRUFIT is a perfect example of a leadership company where everyone helps out one another && doesn’t allow anyone to fail at anything they do. They are also very clean && organized. They have a perfect daycare setting where parents can drop their kids off while they work out. Working here is amazing and fun especially with the children. I am proud to be part of the TRUFIT family.

I love this gym, they have a girls only section that is so nice!! Plus the staff is great, Debbie always helps me out whenever I need any help signing in etc.

I’ve been doing the personal training for a while now but I just started with marina is she is so great makes me comfortable during my workouts and makes the workouts fit me with what I like highly recommend her if you’re looking for a coach .

I came by a few days ago to get a quick workout in and i was impressed on how much space there was available so i was really comfortable with the atmosphere. i ended up staying longer then i thought & the daycare they offer was pretty cool too so l know for next time thnx 😊 …

I love this gym not only do I feel comfortable with my work outs but all the staff is friendly! Would highly recommend ☺️Also Mia takes great care of your kiddos ☺️

I was in town for some time and this location was amazing, and what the main highlight was, was being helped by Stephanie, she has top tier customer service and it is highly noticable that she carries a passion and strong work ethic for her job/career.
