I have lost 30 lbs using the 30 minute circuit room. The staff are very accommodating and very supportive. Anyone who has no experience with working out, I definitely recommend the circuit room it's changed my life.

Called during March 2020 to see if my account was going to be charged since they decided to close gyms mid/late March. They told me on the phone that my account would be frozen and I could re-activate it later, but they didn't know when the gyms would re-open. I wasn't charged for 3 months of covid closures, but after that 3 months my account continued to be automatically charged without my knowledge. I didn't notice until this year that my account has been charged monthly since then. (It's easy to not notice a $10 PF charge amongst dozens of other charges each month.) I made mention of the fact that I haven't stepped foot in a Planet Fitness since before Covid, which is recorded in their database when members sign in...you can even track your sign ins on the app. I asked the district manager "what product or service did I recieve for my $10 a month I've paid since 2020..if I never signed in once?" The response I recieved didn't acknowledge this question, or any part of the long e-mail I wrote. I just got a basic "Sorry, we can't do anything". Not an answer to my questions, not a reason why they can't refund me, zero customer service. Now cue the copy paste PR response from the owner saying "we care and are sorry about your experience!" followed by no action taken.

Have to have a checking account to sign up. No alternatives. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff and even the assistant site manager did help much with the signal process, might as well complete it at home. Gym was okay, not cleaned enough really. Only positive is the price and able to visit other gyms out of state.

Very clean and sanitized machine's a very warm and friendly feeling inside. They have personal trainers on site. Great place to get your work out in.

I’ve never felt comfortable in any gym, but I found my go to gym! Staff is amazing and helpful! Whenever I call they answer and they’re so polite. I’ve tried LA Fitness, X-sport, and even tried Planet fitness in Melrose Park. This location has amazing staff and awesome WELCOMING environment.

We came because of the new step machine for my son with physical issues. Many of the staff have been SO very helpful and accommodating. I wish I could name them all, but don't want to miss one because there are so many. They are cleaning and really make an effort to make all feel welcome A great atmosphere to work out.

This is the only location I've been to, so I don't have any comparisons to make, but the staff keeps the facility clean and other members seem to do a decent job cleaning after themselves. The member perks like the massage beds and tanning rooms seem to be in good condition, and the locker rooms are safe and well-maintained. Staff are available for any issues, and the one time I noticed an elliptical wasn't working properly, I reported it, and the next time I was at the gym, it had been fixed, so that was definitely good! They have a variety of equipment, especially cardio machines, but it can be difficult to get a good lift in when the gym is super busy. The app is nice in that it tells you how busy the gym is, so if you can be flexible in when you go, you can avoid the crowds. My only real complaint is that the music is very loud, I always wear my own earbuds, but I can usually hear the gym music over them, so that's annoying.

I'm doing some PT-Physical Therapy and the therapist suggested I ride the stationary bike. I have a membership which I haven't used much in 2 years as I play outside year round. I went to the club on 9/15/22 and spoke with Killian/Gillan not sure how to spell his name??? Mentioned to him haven't been much, he asked me if wanted to try either the massage chair or the hydro-bed massage on the house. I said yes, he showed me how to use it. Just his interaction with me was wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful his style of interaction makes all the difference. Thanks so much, Mike

This is the best PF by far. They are always cleaning (which is never in the way), even the dust under the treadmills. I have been to other PF gyms but they haven’t been as clean as the planet fitness here. It’s really respectful towards the members. The staff is friendly and helps you when you need it as well. Definitely worth the stars.

Seem clean but have seen some people didn't wipe after work.Need more massage beds.More dirty towers on the floor.Friendly staffs.
