It would be nice if they go back to their OLD HOURS!!!! If other GYMS in my area can have better hours or other Planet Fitnesss have better hours than this GYM, why am I wasting my money at this one?

They NEED to return to normal or increased hours of operation ASAP! Having reduced hours isn't helping keep any of us safe. It is only forcing more people to cram into the gym at one time. It is all a scam to cut labor cost and use the pandemic as an excuse. PF Crystal Lake, McHenry, and Schaumburg have already returned to normal hours, or increased their hours. If PF Elgin were serious about "social fitnessing" they would be open 24 hours and distribute the volume of visitors as much as possible. Will be switching if they don't increase their hours soon, and you should too.

I just joined back, under Silver Sneakers. The place has made some improvements and I like it. The one thing that sticks out, is the "capacity monitor" on their app, on your phone. It's a bar that fills as the number of members fills the gym, so you can look before you head out to see it it's too busy.

Scam artist of a company. Has now told me two different cancel by dates. Told me they canceled my subscription. Charged me months later out of the blue. Canceled AGAIN today. Told me I need to go to corporate for a refund last time. Corporate told me I need to talk to the local gym. Sending me in circles and through hoops. Oh by the way. Last year they told me to cover up, when there were several very fit people in sports bras in the gym. One two machines down. At the time I was overweight and wearing a sleeveless shirt with pants. Judgement free huh.

I love attending Planet Fitness in Elgin! It truly is a no-judgment zone. And after working with a fitness trainer who gave me written instructions what to do with machines, I feel more confident walking in at any time. The staff is friendly and they keep the place CLEAN! Thanks PF Elgin!

Never busy great staff, great price for everything that's included with the black card! Massage beds,chairs, tanning, gym, showers, percentage off on beverages, classes, ect. And its pretty clean!

The environment is always very clean and the atmosphere is always pleasant. If you are currently not a Planet Fitness Elgin member, I highly recommend you become one. Its Truly a non Judgmental workout facility!

I moved and this is the closest PF to me. I generally use my membership for tanning and when I went to tan here I was told I can only tan for 1 minute since I don’t have any tanning minutes with them. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. Definitely going to cancel my membership.

Great workout! I love getting my workout first thing in the morning before work. My Elgin Planet Fitness is the best place for me to keep moving on a regular basis, no matter the weather. I can't wait until the hours expand to allow an earlier start!

Tyler and the team are super customer-focused. I have always enjoyed my visits, but hadn't been back since pre-Covid. I called last week, and Erin did a thorough job explaining my membership benefits to me. When I had an issue she wasn't able to resolve, she said her manager would call me back. Tyler called me within an hour and completely resolved my issue. Both Erin and Tyler put themselves in my shoes, and made me feel like they truly cared about my circumstances. I couldn't figure out how to write a Listen 360 review (comment here with a link and I'm happy to do so!!).I'll be back in February - looking forward to seeing everyone again!!
