What a wonderful atmosphere, it’s always neat & clean. The staff does an immaculate job 100%. Staff is very active also they’re so kind & friendly, this is truly the definition of a judgement free environment! This will be my new home gym. The manager(Jenny) is very professional, understanding and supportive. I’m grateful for everyone being awesome especially Victoria.

Love this place! The staff is great and super friendly, and it’s always clean! I also love the tanning beds here! Better than my old planet fitness location for sure!

Great, but people should wear mask when working out 95% people are not wearing mask. The staff is wearing and cleaning everything after every few mins which is awesome.

My favorite PF between lombard bloomingdale Arlington and Schaumburg. Great staff great mgr great trainers..always clean....hydro ALWAYS works machines are always working equipt is always in good shape im in here typically 7x a week ..

I like the gym and the staff is grea ... My problem is they changed the hours they're open since reopening and I can't go in the morning anymore!! I don't understand why a gym would NOT OPEN BEFORE 6am during the weekdays! I have to leave for work at 715.... I need a gym that is open at 5am at least!! I can't be the only person in Dundee that needs a gym that is open before 6am!!Crystal lake is open 24 hrs, but that's 20 mins away . I'm very disappointed because I couldn't wait for this location to finally be built, then it was and it was great for a minut , now they change the hours and I have to go to Crystal lake again !!

Felt very comfortable returning to the West Dundee location. I was happy to see guests social distancing and staff answering any guideline questions with ease along with the cleanliness of the gym. Thank you for contacting me with concern.

Customer Service is A1!Quintin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Despite me having issues with my account he let me get my workout in for the Night. Quintin was very personable. He even went the extra mile to physically show me how to use the guest lockers. (First time using one at gym)
