I never wanted to do this but I’ve called 3 times complaining about the lockeroom for womans. Everywhere you see it’s a mess. I’ve seen the same hairs in the showers for the past 3 weeks. Theirs no towels. The stalls are dirty. The dresser room needs a lot of care. On the corner of the room there’s a pile of towels. Here’s some photos please clean your gym. Make it seem motivating to start working out

This PF is one of the better PFs out there. It's much more spacious than others and the showers are nice.

Both the West Dundee and Crystal Lake locations are excellent. Even when it gets crowded the staff is on top of keeping the facility tidy and clean. But I do wish there was more room for free weights at both locations - remove like half of the ellipticals to make space for it - but that's just a minor criticism.

They truly do not judge, and that is the pervading atmosphere. When I started coming in, I still had COVID fatigue and needed oxygen. No one looked askance at my turtle slow speed on the treadmill, etc. Now they are back to being 24/5 which is great. I love the little meter that tells you how much of a crowd is there before you go. After my workout, it is a treat to use the massage bed for 5 -10 minutes as well (I think this is not available with a $9.99 membership but only with the $24/month level). They also have tanning beds (which I have not used) and a killer WBV whole body vibration unit.

10/10 gym experience. Been here everyday for the last few months and everyday starts with a smile on an employees face. Legit the best crew not just at a gym but at a business! If you want a happy place to go better yourself start here:)

Was easy to sign up online, also easy to check in my first time. I also appreciate the crowd meter on the app.
