Convenient gym with low membership cost. It's not to busy and they have a bulk-load of machines. My only wish is that they would have free-standing bars for training with free weights.

I had a balance that needed to be taken care of but had moved farther away from my home gym of west dundee. I wanted to take care of said bill and move my home gym to dekalb where I am closer to. I called 4 different times and got 3 different answers from 3 different gentlemen who obviously didn’t know what they were doing. The 4th time I finally got a correct answer from someone on how to take care of the bill without having to drive an hour to west dundee. However when I called the 3rd time someone answered the phone but didn’t say anything to me and I could hear a very interesting conversation between two guys and a girl about some sexual things and dropping the f-bomb several times during this conversation before I got hung up on. I won’t name any names but it was an EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT situation. I will never set foot back into that gym again.

I love this place !! It's always clean and staff is very helpful and friendly and what I like the most about it's 2 min away from my house . I just wish they are open longer or 24 hrs so I can work out late at night 😀 …

Can you guys please do something about the creepy bald guy with glasses. He is always caught staring at people, particularly women, who are just trying to workout in peace. It’s so uncomfortable. He has no shame as he pretends to dust ONE machine for like 20 minutes!
