Staff was unwelcoming, they were standing around all in one area pretending to be cleaning, talking while just standing with cleaning equipment in their hands, most people in here weren’t wearing their masks and I only saw two people wipe down their machines after they were don’t working out. It isn’t well lite I came here instead of the other one because of the white ceilings bits it’s still pretty dark in there. And they don’t check temperatures of members entering. It doesn’t feel safe coming here at all.

Convenient, and clean most of the time. Only dirty time is trash cans becoming full during high traffic/ activity. Staff is very nice, polite, helpful, and caring. I wish it was easier to communicate when equipment is broken/issue. I don't like bothering staff when they're helping someone else or on the phone.

This gym is close to my house and I have always had a good experience there. The staff is friendly and I never have to wait for equipment. Love the size of the gym and since Covid started, they have taken the extra steps to ensue cleanliness.

This Planet Fitness is the standard. Welcoming staff and super clean. I can come at any time and see staff cleaning bathrooms and equipment. Every guest that comes in gets a hello and a goodbye. I recommend this gym to everyone who asks whats a good gym to join.

I love this gym but there is one employee that needs to be taken care of. He is set to be dusting equipment but in reality just stands around and stares at people. This time it was me I made sure he knew I was looking and nothing changed it’s extremely uncomfortable. Walked away once I got off the machine this is not acceptable and needs to be taken care of so much for feeling comfortable here.

I really love this gym! All the staff is friendly and nice. Above all the gym is always clean and the equipment is new. Would definitely give it 5 stars if it was open later to fit my schedule.

The staff at the West Dundee location is very friendly and attentive to all the customers needs especially abiding by all the Covid laws right now. This location has been the cleanest by far out of all the locations. They are always cleaning and making sure everyone is healthy and safe when they workout. I will continue to only go to this location where I feel safe. Keep up the great work West Dundee!

I was a member here when they first opened, I really like it because it's around the corner from where I live, and is always clean. I haven't been to the gym since the pandemic started, I was going to rejoin to start getting in shape for summer, until I saw they are not open 24/7. Apparently the one in Algonquin is, and it's just a real bummer with my new schedule, I was really hoping to get some midnight workouts in. Considering restrictions have been loosened, people are being vaccinated, and there's less people who want to workout at night anyway, I don't see any difference between being open 12 hrs, vs 24 hrs. as long as employees are following the same cleaning guidelines.

Today Was My First Day Inside Any Planet Fitness. The Gyms clean, Staff Was Friendly, and I Had A Comfortable Workout. Zach Was Very Helpful And Offered Me A Tour I Was Delighted. More Than Enough Machines And Equipment To Get In Shape or To Just Get A Good 1 Hr Work Out.

Great gym. Very clean and employee's and everyone I've seen is respectful and cleans machines when done.Every Planet fitness I have worked out in (8) are all awesome. Good management who employs plenty of good, very polite employees. Keep up the good work Planet !!!! 😃👌 👍 👏 🙂 …
