Lots of equipment and very clean. Promotional signup promised a free tshirt and location refused repeatedly to honor it. No one with authority will respond to my inqueries about it either.

I enjoy working out there. The planet to really focus on keeping the place a lot more clean. The bathrooms are not kept that clean.

Lots of amenities for the money. I went as a guest with someone and was able to get on every machine I wanted to without a wait. Staff was friendly and the location is perfect.

Brand new gym with the equipment for a great work out, they are honest and take the time to explain services and cost very clear.Planet fitness is also one of the fastest growing business in the US, give it a try and I'm sure you'll be satisfied.

It's very nice, very large, it has a lot of different equipment as well as plenty of standard stuff (ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, and stair climbers). It has a huge locker room. It is open 24 hours.

I’ve tried several gyms in the area, and no one compares to the Planet Fitness in West Dundee. The staff are always so nice. The gym is kept clean, and there is plenty of equipment to chose from.

Great place. Always very clean and friendly. Has all the right equipment for those who are just getting into exercises and for those who know what they're doing. For people who hate crowded gyms, this one is also never too packed. But don't let that fool you, they get tons of business. I'll never regret coming here, especially for the $10 price.
