Better gym than most of the others I've been to in the area. Consistently clean bathrooms and locker rooms, friendly staff, and good perks!.Only thing is that you sometimes have to deal with people sitting on machines and not using them while being on their phones, or taking phone calls in the workout area, while they use a machine as a phone booth essentially and not working out.Manager needs to maybe take a hand in enforcing that. Had to wait on a guy for like 15 mins to use a machine, because he was texting and or facetiming someone while sitting on a machine.Other than that, its a great gym, glad I made the switch.

Was charged TWICE for annual and no refund was issued. They offered some membership activation stuff, were not willing to explain what includes or will it make it sense to be fair with the extra charged $49. Will avoid the planet fitness for the rest of my life

Very busy! A little bit irritating because 90% of the people who are on a machine just sit there on their phones! Maybe it's just my luck but it's not a good gym for someone who takes their fitness seriously.

Wanted to join since commercial says $1 to join. $10 a month. No commitment. Bt it doesn't say u pay $49 yearly membership fee.Very False advertisement.
