Clean, Friendly, and well run. Thank you for letting me work out here while the Elgin Planet Fitness was closed for remodeling.

Good sized PF. Good variety of equipment. Well maintained and clean. It can get pretty crowded during the busy times so I try to get in there early in the day.

They have great gym equipment they keep it in clean and excellent condition the y work smoothly and quietly treadmill and bike etc. The massaging bed and massaging chair are my favorite you back well fill amazing after the massaging.

Thanks to zosy at Planet Fitness in West Dundee I was able to finally gain the body positivity I knew I had all along💅 thanks to his positive attitude and helpful demeanor 😀! I wouldn't be anywhere without those one on one sessions he gave me 😮‍💨😫😤 really made me sweat so much I still remember the first time we had a session we were both drenched 😩 thank you so much zosy I'll always remember you. 👨‍❤️‍👨

Unfortunately this planet fitness is not enforcing mask mandate put into place by states of Illinois. I feel unsafe as everyone walks around between equipment without a mask and they won’t social distance so they can take off their mask. Staff for the most part wear their mask and i do think they are a great staff with how they treat people so I’m not upset about that but I don’t feel safe here and i don’t know how the staff can enforce this very clear mandate. Planet fitness and whoever owns this place should be better and do better. Please fix this

This Gym is Absolutely Beautiful ❤️❤️

Nice clean gym but it is so very annoying no one is EVER behind the counter in the morning to help. It was like that when they first opened and i think many complained so it was better but now it seems it's back to brewing empty again.

Ok…..The staff here is excellent and the place is super clean. They still have a few masked weirdos that come in there to workout but that’s ok I guess. Not very intelligent but less than intelligent people can enjoy weights too. What this place desperately needs is to end this free thing for 13-17 yr old people. It’s awful. This place also needs less treadmills and more smith machines….like immediately. You get your regular meatheads that hog those things and it’s miserable. Way too difficult to get on one of those smith machines. Other than that….best planet fitness I’ve attended.

The gym is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, they have a variety of equipment to use too. I always enjoy my workout there, I recommend it to everyone.Doreen
