Great Gym. Always a great experience working out here. Staff is really helpful, especially Chris.

The gym is ok, but a lot of things are out dated. I wish they would keep up with the times. Too many people as well. No one cleans nor cleans after themselves. Not really clean at all.

I supported XSport through Covid even though it was not possible to go there. Now, when I need to reduce membership so I can afford a workout they want to charge me more than $100.00 to change. Wow! too bad they do not care about their members who have been loyal. I won't ever recommend this work out place. As well, the ceiling above the hot tub is falling down and has been for a long time and a lot of their equipment is in disrepair. I thought they did not fix the equipment because of covid's timing. These issues were there before covid and continue now. It is surprising St. Charles has not accepted Lifetime Fitness and up their game. Plant fitness is better than this 'sport' center.

Go to another gym I promise it's not worth going here. The cancellation process is a nightmare, it's always overcrowded and facility is dirty. Also the 10 dollars a month has a huge initial payment fee so when you first see 10 a month you'll be surprised and think it's a steal but when you go in to buy it you find out that it's ridiculously priced and if it wasn't bad enough, after a month of going you get charged for an annual maintenance fee which is also pretty expensive!

I'd leave zero stars if I could. They make canceling as painful as possible. I called to cancel, said I had to come in. Came in, wasn't the right time. Changed my card numbers and they still harass me. You realize I probably would have came back to your gym if canceling wasn't so difficult. Never ever ever again and make sure to tell anyone to not join as well.Changed my review to 3 stars. The in gym staff is friendly and I did like the facility. The corporate end is really to blame. These dumb greedy idiots would have more customers if canceling wasn't such a pain.

Can you please put the FREAKIN air on???!??? It’s the summer and 90 out and the air is never on it’s SO HOT I’m going to pass out!!! And clean your freaking bathrooms they’re disgusting!!!!

Clean and well equipped gym. I tend to go at nights less crowded, the real MVP's, are there cleaning crew.

First, I want to say how helpful and understanding Jordan was about freezing my account. I had the pleasure in talking to Jordan on the phone earlier today on what to do in order to freeze my account due to medical reasons. He kindly explained to me what they needed from me in order to freeze my account. He told me come into the gym once I received a Drs note, and he would be there to help me out. I was worried I would possibly have issues in freezing my account, but Jordan reassured me that they would take care of me! He was very respectful, and explained everything so well. Having someone like Jordan working at Xsport, and treat the members with the upmost respect. Is the exact reason why I love Xsport. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

This place is absolutely foul and nasty. I can barley workout because of how humid and hot this gym is. The locker rooms always are dirty, smell horrible, and have stains all over the toilet seats. They are never cleaned. I am very grossed out by this location as it gives xsport a terrible name.
