This is the premier gym in the area. Outstanding staff. Clean facilities and absolutely amazing equipment and services are provided at this campus. Can't go wrong here and while negotiating a membership they have a little flex room on pricing. Its always best to negotiate a full years membership as month to month is slightly higher in price. But if you're interested in trying before buying...The staff will work with you. Blessings ...Check it out 😉

Update:I come here on my way to work and I shower before going to the office. Today I was informed there will no longer be towels, "go green" the sign said. Maybe it is silly, but now there are a dozen other gyms I could use if there are no towels. I will give them a few weeks, but if this policy sticks I'm gone.Old review:I've been coming here 5 times a week for a few months now. This place is very well equipped and clean. So clean I almost feel bad walking on the freshly mopped floor all the time. I'm only paying $20 per month which is way cheaper than the classes I was taking somewhere else.

They make you sign a contract (like a lot of gyms do). When you cancel your contract they will charge you a cancelation fee as well and still bill you for the additional month. Even though they have your email address they will under no circumstances email you your receipt (even when you call). You have to go in and get it.The gym itself has all the machines you’d expect, except unfortunately many of them are broken or in disrepair. The locker room... is DISGUSTING. No matter how often you tell employees how gross it is it never seems to get cleaned. I can’t say I have ever seen anyone cleaning floors, equipment, bathrooms, or anything else. This place is new on the surface, but when you look past the new design, you’ll find its old and worn out, and dirty.Their are plenty of places around to go workout. My advice is to find a gym that wants to earn your business with great customer service and care!

The most recent change has crammed the machines and free weights into a smaller footprint to allow greater room for the trainers (again). When I emailed my concerns that the machines are too close for safety, their response was worse than indifferent. The proximity of the machines may be hazardous as users adjust weights while the next machine is in use and may block clear egress.XSport seems to be shifting their business model to more instructor/trainer led instruction. Over the last few years they have given less space to resistance training.If you want a location where you pay extra for instructor led classes or one on one training, then you may like this place. If you want a facility that provides you the opportunity to self pace your workout then you may want to look elsewhere.

I have been a member of over 10 gyms in my life and will say this is the nicest gym around. I grew up coming here and anytime I visit my family i want to go here. However I won't because anytime I unfreeze my account to go for a week they end up charging me repeatedly. I go to the desk before I head out and ask to freeze or cancel and he tells me he will. I say listen 2 other times I was charged months and months after I stopped coming and went back to school so please do it now and show me proof. I screenshot his computer as proof. Well sure enough 3 months go by and I get an email saying they were unable to process my billing for this month (because I got a new credit card) and this goes on for 5 months longer (might still be going on to be honest). All I can say is if you send me to collections and this affects my credit expect a lawsuit.Ps again really nice gym just terrible billing department and lazy or not bright employees at front desk.

I've been a member there for 2 years now I will say this is one of the best gyms I have been to anyone I bring their thinks it's the best gym. my only problem is it's not as clean as I think it should be you can never find paper towels or any spray to wipe down the equipment other than that best gym on a planet Then I would give it 5 stars

Amazing value for what they offer in equipment and amenities, although that comes with an extreme inconvenience - It is definitely overcrowded.Even though they have the largest selection of equipment out of any local gym, expect wait times for machines during their prime time.The general atmosphere is OK and the decor is elegant, but customer service is their lacking point. Management is just higher paid salesmen and turnover is exceptionally frequent, and it's obvious when you have a problem. They take zero accountability and continue to push the blame down the line. Everything to them is about the next sale.Join with the expectation that their main goal is to sell you everything possible, from tanning and personal training, to supplements and heart rate monitors. Their pushiest salesmen are often glorified and quickly promoted, regardless of their ethics. Keep your guard up.

OMG..This club ROCKS. It's huge and complete. Even has a great pool, sauna and whirlpool. The trainers are top notch, front desk staff is on it.I even get big fluffy towels. The entire place is constantly cleaned, even the locker rooms are hygienic. Cardio machines for miles, and decent but not overwhelming overhead music.I have access to machines even at the busiest times, parking is great, and the smoothie bar is delish. Apparel section is decent -too cute.24/7 access to the most up to date tanning beds, and even spray tans at a really great price.My trainer , Kristina, is A- #1 !!! Kristina is on point with my program, very attentive and makes my goal hers. Kristina works with my schedule and has always given me a very productive and challenging workout. Kristina's workouts are always original and engaging, never mundane or boring. Kristina monitors my form, and has provided me with great muscle development. Kristina's trainer colleagues are super nice and encouraging to their clients. Love this club and the staff...Super Great !!

People are nice just watch out for their contracts as most if not all of them have small print. Usually pretty clean there have been sometimes where the locker rooms have smelled a bit odd. People that go here are pretty serious about their workout definitley not the planet fitness types.

I was curious on how much the Get Fit challenge will cost, so I talked to a manager one day to see how much it will cost. I would be willing to do it if it was a reasonable price for a college student. I remember very very clearly he told me it will cost me only 3 payments of $178 to end up being around only $535. I paid the first 2 payments with my card but the 3 payments, as a college student that I am, didn't have money so I had to ask my mom for her card to use it to pay "my last payment" paid it.A month later, her bill came, she showed me and I saw their has been more $178 after what I though was suppose to be my last payment. Their has been 3 more of those in one bill and when the next bill came their was 3 more and two of them in the same date.If only I knew this happened ON MY CARD and knew about it when I got charged $178 after the 3 payments which was supposed to be my last one, I would've honestly cancelled. Ended up paying like over $800 which they were furious about.My dad is going to take it to court he said because he doesn't want to pay for it because I got played in words. Got screwed really bad with money I might need to take less classes next semester because I owe the money.Don't take personal training at this XSport and if do, record the conversation.
