bathrooms always smell and rarely have paper towels. Sauna and showers are poorly serviced, and they smell too! Overall, you would expect the gym to be in better conditions for the prices they charge.

They make cancellation extremely difficult on purpose. It can’t be done over the phone, electronically or even in person! You have to physically mail a letter, which my family member had to do 3 separate times each spaced by 30 days before they actually canceled it. I wanted to pay for a one month membership in cash, and they refused. They make it mandatory that you give them card details so they can charge you continuously beyond what you actually want. I’m replacing the card I gave them entirely because that’s easier than getting them to cancel for you. Real shady stuff going on here.

The men's locker room was very dirty and disgusting

I go there for water aerobics. It's just ok

One of the nicest Gym's I've ever been... Granted it wasn't very crowded but I had a great with lots of different equipment and even had 70 lb kettlebells.

Sort of a shame, really— yeah, the place is dirty since I’m sure they understaff their cleaning staff, but that doesn’t bother me so much, and they do have a pretty good selection of equipment, albeit somewhat run down.But I got on the wrong side of some guy who would give me the stink eye every time I went in there. I can only assume he’s buddy-buddy with the manager or something since they cancelled my membership under the pretense of some inappropriate social media post of mine.Honestly I still don’t really know what they’re talking about. I guess I ought to be flattered that they somehow found me online after two weeks of membership? Lol.Manager didn’t even have the grapes to tell me he was cancelling me in person, I had to call corporate for them to give me the news one day when my fob didn’t work. There was so little communication I assumed it was an error at first.Oh well, at least I won’t have to deal with jumping through any hoops to cancel like a lot of the other people on here!

Exemplary gym. Jordan handled my membership changes quickly and painlessly. Highly recommend STC XSPORT!! Great classes, clean gym and equipment. Clean locker room. Love the 24/7 option and all their amenities. Fantastic helpful staff.

It was my 1st gym visit again after the pandemic. I used to come to this place and today I was shocked by how untidy the men's locker room was. The work out area is good but as soon as I entered the mens locker room I almost did not take a shower anymore. It needs deep cleaning, shower area has foul odor, floor is dirty and a lot of sections is wet. Paper towels are all over the floor too.

This place is great have been going here ever since it used to be called powerhouse in the 90s..

Clean gym great staff great regional mgr too very courteous to me everytime I see him I'll be back
