I been going to xsport for about some time now. I like how they are open 24h. I love this gym and great to do challenges their so that you can win money but I don't do it for the money I do it for the body transfer.

Was my favorite gym until they stopped being open 24 hours. Not only that, but on Saturdays they close at 7pm. Are you kidding!? They keep saying the original hours are returning--but it still hasn't happened. I hate that I'll probably have to cancel my membership because why have a 24hr membership for a gym that isn't 24 hours?

I’ve already left a review but I just had to leave another one. This is really the worst place i’ve ever had the chance to workout at. Every review has the same 1-3 responses that they use because they don’t care enough to respond the the issues that they cause. They steal money, throw away cancellation papers, continuously charge you, and they don’t even take basic care of their equipment or ANYTHING for that matter. Will be making multiple reports to the better business bureau for STEALING MY MONEY and then giving me the runaround. Had to stress with my bank over this issue because their customer support DOESN'T ANSWER THE PHONE or DOESN’T GIVE YOU ANY ANSWERS OR REFUND. JUST THE RUNAROUND EVERY TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. Would rate negative stars if I could but fortunately for these d-bags I can’t. PLEASE take your business elsewhere PLEASE.

Great facility for an Xsport, they could be more attentive to equipment maintenance. Some dumbbells are loosening from their handle and there's almost always a broken pulley assisted machine somewhere in their facility.Employees and or management need to decide if they're enforcing Governor mandate or not. Having a policy of needing to wear a mask only upon entry and exit in a public fitness facility defies logic, reason and science.If this protocol is to protect front desk personal due to their high exposure to human contact what procedures are being taken to limit janitorial staff exposure?Take it serious or take a stand.

I’ve been working out at X Sport at St. Charles (and Batavia) for over 10 years and I always attend some type of group Fitness class. I love that there are lots of options that work for my schedule. For the past few years I have been a regular with Colleen’s 20/20/20. It’s an awesome work out and Colleen is hilarious! I also go to Jackie’s Muscle Max class which is fantastic. It’s a very efficient full body conditioning work out. Jackie could not be nicer and she always encourages everyone to be friendly and learn names I love that! I also love Laura - she does cardio kick-boxing and her classes are fast paced, fluid, and she does it effortlessly. She also always has superb music! I’ve taken her classes for 10 years. Thanks for keeping me motivated to exercise!

Beware of thefts at this location. This is not a slam on the management of this facility. It's more about the clientele. Two months ago my car was broken into and my work laptop that was in a back pack behind the drivers seat was stolen. It was raining and dark - and 3 cars were hit that night.Last night I returned to my locker to find the lock gone - My clothes, phone, keys were there - but $120 in cash was gone from my pants pocket. They were kind enough to leave all of my credit cards.I have my assumptions as to why they wanted the money. Just sad.

If you enjoy the pungent smell of marijuana in the locker room, or constant photo shoots in the weight room this is the gym for you. Price competing with planet isn’t the best move. I’d happily pay more monthly for better quality customers/amenities.

I have been training at XSport St. Charles since 2010. I recently renewed my membership after a three year absence due to medical issues and cleared by my Dr. Needless to say I was excited to get back into the gym and back into my powerlifting routine. Needless to say It is nearly impossible to train in the afternoon between 1-4pm which is the only time I have available and is completely over crowded by so called influencers, people recording them selves and taking pics in the mirror and bogarting the machines. Needless to say I’ll never be able to get a good workout in and a lot of the new equipment sucks like the bench presses and BNP too. With this I’ll be cancelling my membership and going to a more powerlifting friendly grown up gym. Truly not the same XSport I remember.

I've been going to XSport Fitness St Charles for 16 years. It used to be fantastic facility but it's been going down hill. Several pieces of equipment are out of order. It is not uncommon for it to take several weeks, sometimes months, for equipment to be repaired.

I went there in person for a 10 dollar membership, and then next thing I knew, I got charged 39 dollars at the end of the month! That’s insane! The people who work there really like to pull a lousy trick of trying to convince you to get a premium membership, and even if you insist on the one you want, they change your membership without your consent, and they charge you MORE. This is ridiculous. I requested a cancellation, but haven’t gotten a call back...
