Kate Perry was so helpful with my first visit. I was looking for a gym in the Sac area, and this one is in a perfect area. 10/10 recommend.

The sauna here is almost always 200+ degrees. I switched to calfit because 24 is either super dirty and gross or they have no sauna but the sauna here is over temp 80% of the time. Super annoying considering the high monthly compared to every other gym in the area.

Hello,This review is for the swim department. John the manager has been wonderful and so accommodating in finding the right schedule for my two kids who we enrolled in swimming. Our instructor is Tanya and she is amazing. Within just a few sessions my son was able to front and back float as well as dive ! Highly recommend enrolling your children for swim lessons here. A few of the other instructors have also been very friendly and greeted us on the many visits we have been there.
