It’s bright and feels open. 99% of the machines work. The gym is cleaner than the other CalFit gyms I visit. It’s easy to get to and within walking distance of my home. The hydromassage is a wonderful dessert after a meaty workout. With the renovations, we see how our November “club improvement” fee is used.

Great gym! I love the environment and it’s big so there’s plenty of space to workout. It get does get very crowded during peak times and it is a very expensive gym. But, overall it’s a great gym. I go there once a month for a change of scenery.

So grateful for the outside workout option during the covid situation.The staff (Christian, Nathan, Jessica) at the Laguna location are AWESOME, so helpful and personable. If Calfit is a company that strives to promote from within, consider mentoring and training your current dedicated staff (listed above) for managerial positions. A guaranteed return on investment benefit!The staff at your NATOMAS and ELK GROVE Locations are in serious need of some HELP from the EXCEPTIONAL staff at LAGUNA, in improving their customer service and showing respect and courtesy to its members.

i would rate 0 stars for customer service. Old manager was nice but the new one will not listen to anything you have to say. Also 0 stars for corporate for being disorganized and flat out rude. Been a member for almost 3 years and will not be coming back again.

I love that the steam room is usually so clean!! I don't see that a lot in other gyms. Plus it smells like vapo rub and I love that. The pools are heated and I just figured that out yesterday and that was so amazing!!! I'm very excited about this. My friend and I love to come to this gym also bc the layout doesn't feel all crowded and awkward. I just really appreciate a clean space and this is it.
