A consistent environment to always support me in my workout goals. I am exclusively a swimmer and I am so grateful for this club. I love the accessibility (hours), solid commitment to making sure the facility is open, always welcoming and supportive for members' fitness goals. My favorite gym in town! It’s clean and there is a variety of weight lifting equipment, not to mention you have large tires and a rig that can help someone train for Spartan races! Oh and a rope, slam balls, etc. It’s super helpful that there are so many large rigs as those get used the most. I like the way the Laguna location is organized the best and how large and spread out it is. I love the spin classes too. And the sauna. It’s a great location with plenty of amenities. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful also.

Clean. Not too crowded during typically crowded times (although it's still Covid times). Nice locker rooms. Great hardwood court which is usually hard to find.

Elisha Shaffer and I love California Family Fitness Center in Elk Grove!! We would head over from our hotel, and soak a little and have a picnic lunch at the tables. Elisha learned to love jacuzzis during the last four years!!

My favorite place to be 5 days of the week. Staff are so nice and you always feel welcomed when you walk in the doors. You begin to see familiar faces everyday and just a smile or a wave makes you feel good

After the gym being closed or semi closed for several months, I went for the first time in a long time, the cardiovascular machines didn't work. Either the cardio machines worked or the TV wouldnt work or vice versa. I would think these machines are checked on a daily or at least weekly bases. When I reported this to the front desk, the youngman was not very friendly, and acted like I was bothering him.

I participate in the cycle.classes. the class it self is good but everyday the bikes are falling apart. The batteries arent being replaced. The screws are falling off that keep bike together. We say something at front desk but nothing is Being done. We pay our dues monthly and covid has us outside. It's making hard for us to enjoy class if we cant ride.
