It's really a nice place to work out. It's a different kind of environment than I'm used to. I don't need tons of heavy weights while working out with my wife. Plus I get massage and tanning too. I enjoy the way it's broken up and it's also spaced out enough that you don't have to worry so much about social distancing.

When I signed up I was told it was *preferable* to cancel in person. We have since moved out of the area, called to cancel and was told (without any attempt at being understanding) that I still had to come sign something in person. Seriously? It's a bloody gym membership. I should be able to supply you with whatever info you need to cancel remotely.

Froze my membership months ago but thought I cancelled it haven't been in since had no notification that the annual fee was about to hit my back account and when it did the very same day i went in to make sure the membership got closed out but when i asked for a refund was told that it couldnt happen even tho I haven't been there in months so they basically just stole money from me

Not the best customer service. I wasn't greeted at all both days I visited. My home gym makes sure they greet everyone each time!

Smaller than my old one and no YouTube on the machines to listen to music on. Staffed with a lot more people than my old one, too.

Very affordable place to go for a workout. Lots of TVs to watch if you are on treadmill or elliptical type machine.
