WOW, what a great place, staff are great, friendly and very helpful. I haven't started using the equipment YET, but will soon. I was amazed by how much equipment was there.

I was very worried about my body fat. That's why I decided to join a gym. Its been 2 months and I am feeling better now. Thanks to the trainers who are helping me in my journey to a healthy life.

Went to cancel my membership, got hung up on, and had to make an unnecessary trip there just to sign my name for 2 seconds. Did give 3 stars Bc the place itself isn’t bad, just the customer service is a little lacking and cancelation process is dumb.

The staff was well educated and friendly. The tanning beds were amazing and the gym equipment was very clean. Very impressed with how much exercising equipment theyve got

We were actually at the place across the street. We were buying the fat food, and eating it, we really should go to this gym and try and lose the weight lol. It seems really nice and I have heard alot of good things about it. It is located in a nice area and I do really do plan on joining soon with a few of my friends.

I used to be hesitant on switching from YMCA to PF. Don't get me wrong YMCA is great value if you utilize everything they offer, but for straight gym membership and value, can't beat PF, equipments all working & in great shape, staff very friendly and make sure equipments are cleaned on regular basis. It's great for regular folks who don't want to see people grunting and trying to show off.

They will not cancel a membership unless you visit in person or write a snail mail letter. "Sorry it is just our policy" is their excuse. They also don't always answer the phone, so if you no longer live nearby, takes a while to get that information. That's a purposefully burdensome exit requirement. Well, maybe it's a nice place???? They sure like my money and don't want it to stop soon, lol.

Sometimes the gym isn’t always packed busy, usually the workers are hard working, doing their best to maintain a clean and well kept business. Some are more talkative than others but as always, they’re usually friendly 9/10 times.

Still getting used to my own "insecurities" of working out, but, the facility is nice! It's clean, big spacious lots of options plus tanning if you go with the black card pkg :) most employees seem friendly & helpful.

I go when it's basically empty. There is ALWAYS a staff member cleaning something. I guess people don't wear mask because there's not many there and we're spread out, but... You can sign in with an app on your phone, so you really never need to get close to anyone. Of course there are those who don't wipe the machines down, but again, staff is always cleaning and it's available for you to use at will.
