Better than the one in Everett. The atmosphere. Everyone is welcoming. Will be combing here more often.

I’m from Seattle but I was around the area so I went to this gym with some cousins. Equipments are nice and new. We bought some muscle milk and the guy at the front desk took almost 10 minutes to Check us out. I don’t know what he was checking on my account and typing stuff. It took so long that we feel weirded out. The guy before me checked out without any questions. He couldn’t even say what he was doing on the computer. Would go back but will definitely avoid contact with your employees.

This is a horrible gym. Don't go here. Caught ring worm from their gym equipment.

Moms visiting out of town. And you know now of days no one wants you to use there bathroom. So am a black card holder and I had trouble accessing my account. Thought planet fitness was a nice and kind place. But this one no front desk lady was not nice just for my own mom to use the bathroom because we're visiting and touristing around Washington. One star for them. Every other planet fitness has always let us in. Just for a quick brake to the bathroom. She tried say that she can't even come in because she's not a member. But black card holders has a guest pass. Soooooo....

An inexpensive gym, but when it comes to canceling your account, you fall into the cracks, and the company could care less, their mistakes have cost me so much time back-and-forth, absolute no compassion from the staff they could care less, with the community club. They need to treat their community with respect when you give them your credit card then You ask them to stop taking payments, but they keep on going and then they don’t refund. Their business tactics are a zero the company has a one 800 number you can’t even get a hold of anybody through corporate. You just go in circles. It’s a total joke. How much money do they make in the year by screwing there club members couple of months. I really feel they stole from me.

I started going to this Planet Fitness because it’s convenient. I’m a 43 year old guy who works 80+ hours per week. Needless to say, my time is very limited. I put a lot of effort into staying fit but it comes at a price due to numerous injuries. Because if these injuries I need my gear (belt, wraps, etc) on hand. Typically I will have a very small backpack that I keep with me while working out so my stuff is easily accessible however, yesterday I was approached and told that I could not have my backpack on the “gym” floor. As was previously mentioned, I work 80+ hours per week. I do not have time to go back and forth from a locker to get my stuff and I’m definitely not going to carry everything loose, without the backpack. I’ve got a couple other real gyms to check out in the area. It’s highly unlikely that I’ll be back to this one except to cancel my membership.

Don't do any business with these people. They will steal your money with impunity. My membership was $10 a month. Three months after I cancelled my membership and switched debit cards, they took $106 out of my bank account. I am having to go through attorneys to get them to stop taking my money. They just take and take, whatever they want, when they want. Don't ever give these people your bank information.
