This place is very clean and bigger than some other locations, very clean too. Staff aren't very friendly but that's not something that bothers me much but they could have a good training for better customer service.Other than that I'm really happy I joined PF

The staff kept making things up about me and my friend not wiping down the machines. The first time we made sure to wipe down machines, the second time they were overtly lying about it multiple times so we cancelled our membership.

I have been going to the Marysville Wa Planet Fitness for over a year now and now they decide that I can't come into their gym with just a phone number. They want me to download something on my phone when to show them every time that I want to workout at their gym. Why do I need to do this when they have all my information on their computers? It's ridiculous that a loyal customer is treated this way. Now I have to cancel my membership. Sad! Do they really care about their members and their well being? It seems the answer is no. So sad!!

Ive been a member for a couple years and they still have the same incompetent older Hispanic lady who is very rude to everyone. This place would have 5 stars but she definitely brings it down. Now they cancel my member ship because i left this review and there calling me a racist because i wrote Hispanic and they were more upset because i wrote she is incompetent. This is definitely a judgment zone.

Rarely, I write a review which is as poorly as this one -- I've reviewed thousands of locations on Google. This specific Planet Fitness (these are franchised with Chris Odum owning this one), has major issues with both customer service, and management. The cleanliness and equipment is good but if you have a problem, chances of resolving it are fairly close to zero.They do _not_ transfer memberships to other Planet Fitness. Try to reach a manager? Good luck as staff will re-route you. Email? nope. Phone number? nope. Calendar meeting? nope. Pound sand? yep.

***this planet fitness body shames*** I have been in gym management for many years and im disgustedwith Tanja(Horrible manager). She is unprofessional beyond words. The way she handles this business is despicable. Because of her poor communication skills and unwilling to listen not only am I not a member but 3 additional people will be leaving because of her. Do yourself a favor and don't workout here with your friends.

I think the star rating all depends on personal rating. If you are serious about getting in shape then the experience will be good. The employees here are not very friendly. The equipment is good and the place is clean and sanitized.

Currently at smokey pt location and I have to say it's nice but unlike the other one downtown marys ville it's dirty! The equipment on the floor I never see anyone cleaning dusting ect.. like the other and it shows! The tanning beds are nice but bulbs been out on one, 2 bulbs for like 3 weeks so there my complaints!

I’m the member of planet fitness is Marysville 98270 , so yesterday a 2 staff members were very rude towards me. So I usually take my gym bag and place it next to me when I’m working out, then the 2 staff members told me to keep my bag in a locker - so then I said that “ I don’t have a key, so tomorrow I’ll keep my bag in the locker.” But they said “ you have to keep your bag in the locker right now or else we’ll cancel your membership.” So I tried to explain but then one of them named ‘Z’ - a tall young man probably around his 20’s with braids wouldn’t listen to me, and I felt really disappointed about this experience. So then I went approached 3 people and asked them if they got asked the same question. But they said that it never happened to them and it’s quite weird for the staff asking these questions. So Basically I’m an Indian and I felt like ‘Z’ targeted me ( because I am Indian ) So I hope this Staff member doesn’t behave like this towards any other members of planet fitness in the future.
