I had issues with Planet Fitness not billing my bank properly. They could not fix the issue ad I had to pay $15 late fee for 3 months (total of $45 in fees). Finally decided to cancel. The management never returns messages I left or phone calls. Went to different gym. Problem solved.

I enjoy coming here especially after being on lockdown. Only thing I wish they would be better at is cleaning the shower curtains better. Even after cleaning they have a pinkish red residue. Also the vents on the ceiling in the shower had a buildup of dust. You would think after covid they would stay on top of these things. Also wish they were 24 hours on weekends but it's not a big deal. Overall, good spot.

Great gym. Lots of equipment, nice staff. Great prices for membership. Doesn't have a pool tho if that's what you are looking for. Otherwise lots of room , huge locker room, lots of tvs. Get the black membership and use the massage waterbed , red bed for skin conditions and if u like to tan they have that too. $25 a month for that and very well worth it.

Was in town for business. 2 lunks were holding down free weights and people were having to relocate to outskirts. Paper towels were out on 3 dispensers. A member was using a machine to hang his sweater while working out on another machine, effectively locking out 2 machines.Good location, friendly staff, clean environment....can't blame short staffing and errant members on the club.... Would go again.

The gym is fine, but this location needs to reduce the amount of treadmills it has, and increase the amount of stair-steppers. I come here pretty often, and there is never any stair-steppers available. I’m here on a Monday afternoon for example, and there is only 7 stair-steppers for the entire gym (all in use) but there is 54 treadmills and 39 of them are not being used (I counted, but give or take 1 or 2). As someone who is trying to utilize the stair-stepper as a major tool on my fitness journey, it’s pretty frustrating to not have that option.

This is one of the better PF in the area. It has ample machines with lots of room and open space. The facility is clean and nice. Could use more cleaning stations but the maximum occupancy is high.

Don't like this Planet fitness at all.I sure miss the old fitness revolution. The Staff at this Planet Fitness don't seem friendly at all. Cold showers, dirty floors, bathroom stalls looked like they are about ready to fall apart, locks on them don't work. Trash cans full, Toilette dispenser busted. Just was outright dirty and if you complaine to the staff they can care less. I really miss the cardio movie theater also, that was cool.

I can go any time of day or evening and there is always plenty of equipment to use. The staff is always pleasant and speaks when I walk in the door. I treat myself to a massage in the hydro chair after workouts. Safe and clean facility.

A adequate place to exercise. Friendly staff, clean. My only issue is a few constant people refusing to wear masks. Told staff that a gentleman wasn't wearing a mask which are required. They stated that " he was mean". 20 minutes later the same man is still working out and the only person in here without a mask on. I know it's hard to enforce this but is absolutely critical to keep everyone safe. It's a health club right? Last I've heard our health is insanely valuable.

Alright, I just love PF in general; it's basically the perfect model for my preferences in how I like to workout. Setting aside all the basic things that are the same about every Planet Fitness, this one is hands down the BEST.A) it is way larger. While most PF's are in smaller strip mall locations, this one is like double, maybe triple the size of the other ones I've been to (I've been to pretty much all of them from Marysville down to Lake Forest Park)B) Because it's larger, there are more machines and there is more room between those machines. I never feel awkward, like I'm running into people or having my space invaded.C) Maybe it's the times that I go, but there's never too many people. I rarely have to wait for a machine or rack.D) It's always spotless. I've never been to a dirty PF before so this one is kind of universal imo, but the staff is always out there deep cleaning stuff.D) This may be my favorite part: Because it's larger the "Abs and Stretching" area is amazing. So much open space, you don't feel like you're laying on top of anyone. You could do yoga, body weight workouts, stretching, abs, calisthenics. "So much room for activities!" as they say.The staff is super friendly too. I go early in the morning most times; it takes good people to give you a welcoming smile at 6:30am at work. Keep it up, y'all.Like I said, I already love all PF's, but if they found more buildings like this one, they would really take it to the next level!
