Have now been coming to this gym for two years and it has been nothing but pleasant. They have done two renovations and they are super great!!! Management is very efficient and has been very helpful. The front desk is super friendly and outgoing, I always see them cleaning the gym floor. I have also taken multiple classes with Mikie and for the price of the gym membership I can’t believe that these classes are included in the price. I would recommend this gym to anyone of any age as they are super inclusive.

Ladies, time your visit so you won't need to shower between 8:30 and 9am. The cleaner guy comes into the locker room at this time. Although, he missed cleaning the showers which needed it most. There are lots of showers and the water is hot and the pressure is good. There is only one dressing room near the showers though. The equipment I used was in good repair but could have been cleaner. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Now that this gym has started back up they obviously resumed payments, I was unaware they were even open until I got charged for my membership. Obviously during this pandemic a lot of us have been hit financially, so when I called to cancel my membership due to low funding and to get reimbursed for a month that I’m literally not going in or paying for, I was rudely greeted by the manager on how I will not be refunded at all and “how I should work on my finances better” Like I’m sorry, what? Anyways, as someone who is a general manager for a different company I’m completely shocked by her response and the lack of empathy during a time like this. I won’t be returning to this gym since all they care for is the money, even if you can’t afford it or don’t use your membership, they’re just money hungry and don’t care for their customers. Which is sad because I loved coming here, but in the future I’ll be willing to pay a bit more for better customer service.

I transferred from another location and find that this location is gross. Sure same equipment and feel but the locker room is a mess. Arrived Sunday Morning, and it was not even cleaned. Soap bars and trash in showers, used bandaid stuck to shower wall. Trash cans not even cleaned from day before. As with competing for the lowest price, service and quality sucks. I got what I paid for.

I took two stars away over the construction process currently going on. As a black card member I’d expect some sort of compensation for the created inconveniences. Firstly the several of weeks with out a suitable men’s room. I don’t shower at the gym nor use a locket but do regularly use the bathroom given my water intake during a long work out. They have rented a nice port-a-pooty unit but have even managed to make that a highly inconvenient task while working out. I typically use the rest room 3 times a workout and when I frequent a minimal 4 visits a week it becomes highly annoying to have to go to the front desk, ask for a key than walk outside and around the building then come all the way back and get back into my workout. Secondly my frustration comes from them also section by section replacing the rubber flooring at the same time taking a quarter of the gym away and crowding the available areas. Thirdly they have that large fan that can’t even run during the construction do to the tarped off sections going from floor to ceiling, it’s a oven in there now and the body Oder/musk is much more noticeable. The perk they added was allowing all members to go to the mill creek location if it’s not to their suiting. One issue...I already pay for that perk! So why am I being charged for perks basic members are now getting for free?I think my gripe is fair.Aside from the current temporary situation the staff and environment is great.

I signed up with Planet Fitness Everett over a year ago and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this facility. Not only is the staff helpful, professional and friendly but the facility is clean and set up better than most gyms I have been to. They definitley receive a 5 star plus rating from me and I highly recommend them to friends and family!

Great employees. Great exercise machines. But the tanning rooms are extremely hot when they are used. The heat builds up way too much to be comfortable.The maintenance program there is very slow but everything is clean.

I had never been to this planet fitness before. The first time I go, I get my car window shattered and broken into. I parked next to a few other cars. I was in the gym for 30 min. This place is terrible. A lot of weirdos walking around. Not to mention management said cameras were put in last week but aren’t on yet?! What does that mean?! The manager wasn’t even sorry. His body language was not there. I’ve worked retail before and know what it’s like to be considerate of people’s feelings when things go wrong. So no footage of anything that happened. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here or park in their parking lot. Cops said that the parking lot gets a lot of break-ins. Again, management hasn’t done anything. Might wanna park right at the entry way on the curb while you’re at it. Maybe someone will see it. Good luck. People suck.

Great location, great equipment, planet fitness is great! The staff can be extremely disinterested and one gentleman in particular is ALWAYS very standoffish and comes off as rude. I also really dislike how whenever I bring someone new in, the person signing them up to become a member is always very quick to go over the rules and is constantly in a rush thru the whole process. And not once has my family/friend been offered a tour or anything more than the fastest sign up ever. They tend to skip over a lot of stuff and really don’t seem to care AT ALL. Due to the lack of professionalism in the regular staff, I have to dock a star. Only one star docked tho, since I know employees in these positions don’t last long, and the store itself deserves a better rating, it’s the staff who deserve a much lower rating.

This place is great. Planet Fitness is exactly what you think it is. A cheap, but great place to exercise. Although I dont agree with some of their techniques, I never once had the Gunk Alarm go off and I wasn't in constant fear it would go off either. The staff is a hit or miss. I always went 4-6 and they were always nice. Went once during the day and the little B**** was rude, young, and dumb. Not enough to steer me away though.You get what you pay for.
