It's a pretty decent place. Four or so years ago when they first opened it was a mess. I think they fixed it though the staff are friendly.

I LOVE this location because it has some of the nicest people working there! Kierra ALWAYS goes out of her way to make me feel welcomed and appreciated! The 2 Gavin/Gavon's and Drew are delightful along with Jake their Manager. I am still learning everyone else's names but overall this is a solid team that strives for quality customer service, clean ambiance, and welcoming attitudes. Top scores for this one! Traveling with Planet Fitness has been great! And checking in meeting helpful staff makes us want to exercise in a clean environment. Great place to exercise when home and while traveling.

The staff at the Everett gym are always very friendly, they remember our names and always engage when we enter. The facility is cleaned to an almost obsessive level and I always feel comfortable there.

This location has very bad customer service, especially at the front desk. Don't sign up here, go to a different gym down the street. Their "system" has double charged me twice in December and January. It was refunded but only after I had to call and ask about it and then wait weeks for the resolution. They will have you sign the paperwork through the app but refuse to cancel the membership over the phone even if you're out of town. It was great while it lasted but all of these problems aren't worth it. There are better gyms with better service and better business practices.
