Person we were working with was polite and professional.Gym itself seems pretty good. Equipment looked to be in good condition and there was a lot of available machines. Not much in the way of free weights, but that is the expectation for the company. I believe an employee told me it catered to the "beginner" person working out and the cardio group.

For a "no frills" athletic club they sure give you a ton of value. Showers are clean and work. Tons of equipment to use. Tvs running all different types of programming. Going to be easy to keep this going.

Top notch and friendly gym. Is quite big in size and they keep and maintain their equipment. They have good sanitary standards and supplies for that are always kept on top of.

This is the BEST planet Fitness!! I’m so glad I came to this location. Their tanning beds are clean and they have NO bulbs out!! Their employees are warm and friendly! They are happy to answer all questions and make you feel very welcome! Their equipment is clean and well taken care of! Everett PF needs to take a lesson from Mill Creek!!

I love it. I like that no one stares at you working out, I don't feel judge by anyone and everyone is minding their own business. The staff is friendly, The gym in general is clean and doesn't stink, there's good air circulation, and the best part about it it's the $10/month price you can't get at any other Gym. 💪 I highly recommend it!

The gym could be cleaner. There are a lot of dust partials flying in the air, and you can see them when the light shines through the air. If you're doing sit-ups on the floor, it smells very dusty, and that makes me sick. They should vacuum thoroughly, daily, and put in better air filters. Also, I dont like it that they have the tootsie rolls in a healthy exercise environment.

Signing up was a breeze. No pressure to upgrade, was able to register on my phone. Check in is easy and fast. Super clean facilities and a great place to do your thing!

Avoid, have a bunch of teenagers in here that take photos in the locker room while you change. Front desk staff doesn't address issue. [edit] See response below, this is the issue, rather than deal with the issue, they ask for to discuss it further. We have photography in a bathroom/locker room where there is an expectation of privacy, what is there to discuss further. This is especially troubling as minors are also in the locker rooms, so we have the potential for minors being photographed as well as adults. No less than 6 times over last month this has been brought to desk attention by me, by others in my presence, others jointly with me. There is a documented track record of inaction (yet another below)
