Planet Fitness

I like Planet Fitness gyms because you can do the exercises you want without over-amped and condescending personal trainers correcting you and trying to sell you weight gainers. Mill Creek, specifically, is the best of the area because of the nicer staff, use of space and natural lighting. The other locations seem darker and have more damaged equipment. If I lived closer, I'd go to Mill Creek every time.

Update:MC PF has much improved and is doing a great job in keeping this highly used facility clean and operational. Thank you for taking our reviews seriously and please keep doing a good job. We all appreciate your facility and your staff.This PF is new but can use a few tip's form the Rainer Beach PF. Keep up on the equipment maintenance and Really Keep the Men's shower and locker room Clean. RB has a dedicated person staying on top of the facility and the cleaning . I know it's hard to hire responsible people and keep them busy, but in this type of environment, it is a must to keep your equipment working and the locker rooms clean and sanitized. They don't recycle plastic bottles from the drinks they sell. How hard is to install ONE recycling container? Planet Fitness does not care about our planet.EDIT/response: I get right on it, anything else you want me to do for you? This is NOT the first time I'm providing this feedback (it was ignored in the past). It should be a corporate policy, not me chasing every one of your clubs. Other locations also don't have any recycling containers.

So, this is our "home" club and we have really been enjoying the facility. Good mix of equipment and it is usually(>90% of the time that we are there) not crowded, allowing us to access all equipment that we need for our workouts (my Wife and I work out together). The only downside has been that there are usually some pieces of equipment that are out of order - for a while, there were multiple exercise bikes that were on the fritz. Although annoying, it did not represent too much of an inconvenience. In talking with staff, the organization has struggled to hire maintenance staff during the pandemic. This has led to equipment being out of action for longer than normal. As an aside, we signed up for the Black Card as we wanted access to all amenities (massage chairs/beds and tanning booths). This, to us, along with ability to go to any club while we travel, has been worth the additional cost. All in all, we are very happy with Plant Fitness in general and with this club in particular.

I really love this Place. It does get busy but there is a lot of options to choose from and the staff is very nice. Love the Black card area with Hydro Massage and tanning. A great place to get you work out honestly and ample parking.

Multiple stair steppers are broken, several treadmills too. Small amount of free weights. Very little room for stretching, tends to be too croweded to stretch. Not the cleanest restrooms/shower area. Really nice 360 area amd friendly staff though.

I really like this location, but I wish they had a larger designated area for stretching and body weight/core exercises. The facilities are well appointed and there is an abundance of equipment options. Even at a busy time there is room for a decently paced routine.

It’s very small and chaotic.It’s the second time I register to Planet Fitness and leave immediately. Once in Phoenix, AZ and once here in Everett, WA.They are not well equipped. Not professional staff. They even don’t have bench Press lol.How come!?And they make you come physically to sign a paper for cancellation, while they complete the whole enrollment process online and take your money in a minute; it’s very ironic.I never recommend Planet Fitness for anyone who seriously want to exercise.

I highly recommend Mill Creek planet fitness. The gym is clean and well maintained! The staff is very friendly and helpful. As a black card member you are able to use the tanning beds as part of your membership and at the Mill Creek location their beds are maintained very well with new bulbs! I definitely recommend the Mill Creek location over the Everett location as I’ve had issues at Everett with poorly maintained tanning beds.

Pretty clean, the staff is good, hours are back to regular now. I just wish that people would clean the upper portion of the tanning beds. For the price it's a great place. I love the hydro massage the best.
