First I walked in and asked if I could do a day pass, which seems reasonable before you commit to a membership ( especially after reading reviews of broken equipment) they said they don’t do that here. Then I asked if I could sign up for membership I was told no I have to sign up online.I went to sign up online - I was half way through when I found out you can’t sign up with out providing them with a bank account. After reading horror stories of people getting charged after canceling will be avoiding them as a company.I am not sure how I can contact a club manager.

The Mill Creek facility is super clean and well maintained, the staff are always friendly and extremely welcoming. Always greeting members and smiling upon check in. When I was there yesterday they were constantly cleaning the equipment. Love this place!

A staff member informed me that they get people from King County because there's no Covid vaccination requirement here. When I visited, I saw that about half the people were not wearing their masks properly. Many of them had it around their chin, leaving both their nose and mouth uncovered. One person had his mask in his hand as he walked across the gym to the locker room. I guess this would be a great gym if I didn't want to get vaccinated and wanted to disregard the mask mandate. On the plus side, it's one of the few gyms in the area that's open 24/7.

What's going on guys? Your club is a nightmare now because of that offer " kids 14 -19 - year -old can come for free ". They are everywhere - just sitting on each machine doing nothing , messing up the things , interrupting my sets.. it's so annoying. You will lose your clients. Normal clients.

Smallest PF I been to. The treadmills are old and it gets pretty packed quick there. Cleanliness worries me no paper towels or spray to wipe down my machine after I worked out.

Best fitness center, but most of the cardio machines are out of order. The dressing room is full of odor smell, they don't have room fresheners also.

Now that the mask mandate is lifted, we can breathe freely at Planet Fitness!!Thanks PF for putting your obedience to the state above our health during the mask mandate. As EVERYONE KNOWS, breathing properly is SO OVERRATED when exercising. Nothing says you care about us more than RESTRICTING OUR BREATHING in your gym!! Pat yourselves on your back. Job well done!!!

This is one of two bad reviews I've ever written. I moved out of state about a year ago and tried to cancel my membership but I couldn’t. They said I needed to cancel my membership at my home gym where I started it. They said I needed to go in person, or since I was 1,500 miles away in ND, to write a letter to my home gym requesting to cancel. I wrote the cancellation letter in April 2021, but I still have been getting charged for the last year. I went back to my local Planet Fitness and called my home gym and was told to write another letter. I wrote another cancellation letter in May 2021. I triple checked the address on it to make sure it was perfect. I forgot about it and in February 2022 I'm still getting charged. You can upgrade from any gym in the nation, but you can only downgrade from your home gym. I can tell most of the employees I talked to think the rule isn’t right, and feel terrible that they have to tell people it all the time.UPDATE: I tried something different and wrote an email to my home gym in February 2022. This time they said they will be willing to transfer my home gym membership to the gym closest to me. I was traveling, and I was about to go to WA for a visit. I wasn't going back home to ND before I went to WA, so I had them transfer it to the closest one in Bothell, WA where I was going to be staying. In hindsight, it was a terrible idea but I wanted to get it done. I went to my new home gym in Bothell and cancelled my membership in person. It's now June 26th, 2022 and I've now been getting charged for a year and two months.

I like that the membership is very affordable as well as the hours are 24 so you can go anytime which is nice. I also like that the machines are cleaned after each use so there’s not sweat from someone else. It’s not too crowded and the staff is very welcoming.
