Combines independent workouts with half hour group sessions in a pleasant, well equipped environment. Do your own thing works for me. Need help? It's available. But overall, the concept of exercising when and how I want is the way I like it. And the place is clean and well maintained. Friendly staff is a great bonus. I've been exercising in gyms since 1968 and never had one that meets my needs better.

The size of this Planet Fitness is immense and I love the atmosphere. Locker rooms are spacious with showers and various size lockers. As well the Premium membership comes with access to tanning and massage beds and chairs which are by the way pretty jaw dropping in what they deliver. Staff is young and friendly and getting in is no longer a problem as the mass signups lines are pretty much over.

Mill Creek review. I go there on Saturday morning usually before 7:00 AM but 3 times now I have found the restroom neglected. No toilet paper and dirty. I found at least 2 paper towel dispensers that is on the floor empty this past Saturday. I love the equipment and the hours and most of the people on the desk.

I've been a member for three months, and I have had only wonderful experiences so far! The facility is always clean and bright, the staff is kind, helpful, and cheerful. I have been several times a week since joining, all different times of the day and I have not yet had to wait for a machine.I love the bonus of the tanning, massage chairs, etc that come with the Black card membership. Its a great way to wind down after a workout.My only suggestion would be to have more paper towel/cleaner stations so it is super easy and on hand to clean equipment. I have zero short term memory, and by the time i've walked over to the paper towels, i've forgotten which machine I had been on!

Love my new gym! If you've ever been in any Planet Fitness you'll find them to all be the same. What makes mine stand out is the customer service. They all seem to genuinely love working there and it shows in their smiles, service and enthusiasm. My family just joined, but we already feel right at home.

Great gym, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quality gym equipment. I just wish there was a simpler way to check in. Sometimes there are long wait times because front desk staff are registering new members and current members have to wait to hand the staff their ID card to scan. They need to have a check in process that does not involve the staff, similar to 24 hour fitness.

Absolutely love this place. The staff are always friendly and some of them even give a sort of pep talk when you check in. Very clean. I do love how, even on the busy nights, I can still grab a machine. I also love the cost. :)Only complaint is sometimes the towel dispensers (on the floor) are empty at various locations, but that is probably just because those are the nights there are lots of people. To me, that is small potatoes.

The staff here are very friendly and always greeting and saying bye with a smile! It is very large, clean, and well lit. The locker rooms astounded me as they were much cleaner than I am used to seeing in gyms! Plenty of lockers in and out of the locker rooms, curtained showers, and a pretty decent seeming set up for the spa.I have not used the spa, as I personally am not interested, but it looks very nice and well maintained and I can see it being worth an extra $10 a month.

I purchased a membership at the new Mill Creek location during their grand opening. I’ve been a member with another fitness gym for many years but I’ve never been very happy with their hours of operation; 0430-midnight during the week and 8-8 on weekends and holidays, so I decided to add PF, to use during my current gym’s off hours.I like the equipment and the gym is very clean, but the staff needs some work. They seem to hire young kids with no experience and Can’t answer any questions regarding the gym or alternate memberships. The answer I’ve been told more than once was,”I don’t know but you can look it up on line. It should be there.” My question was a simple,”what is involved with upgrading my membership?” Seems that’s a pretty easy and frequently asked question so they should be able to answer it.Also on multiple occasions, there have been several staff members standing around laughing out loud, acting silly, gossiping, and possibly making fun of guests. Apparently they have a horn they can blast if someone is acting like a meat head. I heard several of them laughing about how they think it’s hilarious when they “accidentally” flip the horn on. Very immature and inappropriate behavior. I guess you get what you pay for.

It’s my first time being a member of Planet Fitness. I was skeptical about the price because it is so cheap! This gym in Mill Creek is brand new and it is awesome. It has so many machines and since it’s new, hardly anyone there. The restrooms/changing rooms are also very nice and equipped with showers. Take a look if you are considering a gym!
