Pretty good value and nice new gym! My only complaint is that they are pretty consistently out of paper towels to wipe down machines with. Even on a slow Sunday 2 of the dispensers were out of towels. I wish they would switch to towels I wipe off equipment or at least be on top of filling them.Update: I still think the gym is a good value, but I have an issue with the lack of professionalism that the staff shows. I understand that the staff is young but they are constantly just hanging out at the front sitting around and talking to each other/texting/throwing a ball back and forth to each other. This really only bothers me because the cleanliness has gone downhill and the paper towels are constantly out. There is one guy that works at the front too who is way too over the top and always running around and was walking backwards while laughing with a coworker and he literally ran straight into me. This is a job, not a hangout with your friends. Please work on the cleanliness of the gym and the paper towel situation.

This was my first time working out at a Planet Fitness and if this location is like the others I will totally be back. We were traveling and my wife and I were able to drop in, no hassle or sales pitch. The team let us get our work out in and didn't interfere with our experience. The equipment was in great shape, change rooms were clean and it wasn't crazy busy. Highly recommend this location.

I went to many gyms to review the pros and cons and felt like this gym had the best well rounded option. I have had a membership here for a month now and am happy with the discussion. Lots of equipment to go around and the gym equipment seems to be clean. The worst part about going to a gym is when you don't get to use the equipment you want but I have had no issues here. Staff is very friendly. The only bad thing is the showers always seem dirty every time. It's not super bad to where I won't use them but it seems like they don't get deep cleaned.

I give this location 3 stars because it is open 24 hours and does allow me to get all my work outs in as I choose.I take two stars away for the employees. Though they are kind in general you get the impression it’s been taken over by friends and even when some aren’t working they come in all the time to either hang out at the counter or work out themselves, to wich a couple of female employees have this habit of literally sitting behind the counter doing nothing but look at their phones all while I often see the cleaning stations empty of paper towels when I’m seeking to clean equipment I just used. It seems to be something that should be regularly checked and not just when a one of these “friend” employees come in to work out you start to hear giggling and loud talking and see one of the females working is now over talking with the “friend”One example recently I witness a male employee was in the lockerroom (men’s) cleaning the shower, while that entire hour the femal behind the counter is on her phone doing nothing. Eventually the male was done and came out and then you see the female leave the counter to go chat with the other employee (not working this day) leaving the male doing counter duties.It feels like this group of “friends” really run this place and seems like zero management is around as I’ve yet to determine who exactly is in charge.

I appreciate that they are 24 /7, allows for my workout to not suffer because my schedule changes. Freindly and supportive staff... even members seem to be to one another. The facilities and environment is very clean and consistently be checked on. I also appreciate the variety of music they play.

Huge plus for being 24/7. The place is large with enough equipment for everyone.Helpful staff. Amazing hydromassage. Clean overall though the restrooms can be better.Would love it if they add boxing bags.

I love this location and the staff. I've been a member here since October 2018 and go in almost daily. Great gym for beginners and fitness buffs alike. It's open 24 hours which is super convenient because my schedule changes from day to day.

Gym, equipment and staff and all great. The bathrooms though need redone. The drainage for the shower is right where you step in, so you step through every dudes dirty water getting in/out. Usually smells too.FYI: I believe after mentioning this, they started repairing the showers. That’s pretty awesome.

It's a nice facility as it is very new. However the mens bathroom doesn't seem to get cleaned very often specifically the shower area. There has been a missing towel hook for about a month and a half. The paper towel dispenser is always empty. Last Friday there were three cleaning stations out of paper towels as well. Some friendly staff some not so friendly one girl that works in the morning really does not seem to enjoy her job.

The Planet Fitness in Mill Creek has friendly staff and plenty of well maintained equipment. We use this gym an average of four times weekly. They do need to clean the showers more frequently. The dirt or used bandaids that have been left behind by clients on Friday was still there the following Monday.
