Stephanie at the hair salon is fantastic! She's very professional and talented. She listens to what you want and goes above and beyond. She is efficient and very skilled at what she does. She does not disappoint!

Worst ever!!!! Went there for a few months in 2014. I just got a call from a collection agency saying I owe for years worth of membership fees. I sent a letter asking to cancel membership in 2014. I have since moved 3 times but my phone number has stayed the same and I have gotten no calls from them.Worst business practice ever!! Shame on you Team fitness!!! This is probably how they actually make money. Absolutely disgusting!!!

This gym is the worst! Moved 4 years ago and called and thought I cancelled my membership, come to find out NOPE. JUST received a lovey collections notice. Tried to call and there response is there is nothing they can do once it's been turned over to collections. It is over crowded and the staff is always unfriendly and rude. There are plenty of other gyms that have better customer service and don't try to screw you over!

You people writing negative reviews. I have read and noted your complaints. I have been a member now for a few months, and everything is great! Plus they offer more than most gyms do. If you are such a cry baby over trivial things, then in my opinion you are just looking to be offended, or are in need of someone to hold your hand. One of the first things one does to get their life in order, is to get your body and mind back in shape at the gym. If you cannot even negotiate your first task. Then you have some major issues that cannot be resolved at Team Fitness. So in my opinion we don't need your negative vibe around here. Have a super sparkley day!

I am all about quality customer service, and maintaining equipment. This place stuggles to provide both of those. I left my last gym due to poor customer service, and am nearly at the same place with this one. The convenience factor is the only thing keeping me here. The equipment is breaking down and needs repaired. The dumb bells are falling apart, and no matter how many times I bring it up they don't get fixed. All that needs done is to tighten the bolts. The gym use to be clean when I would come in morning, but now it is a total mess with equipment and towels all over the place. Again, if it wasn't for the gym being 2 minutes from my house I would find a new gym.
