A very good gym, quite big and courteous staff.

The people that workout there are rude and judgy, 1st day felt out of place and the equipment is not worth what you pay. Anytime fitness and lake stevens athletic club are MUCH BETTER OPTIONS!!!

I was a member years ago, three days a week I was at their door right at opening and everyday the employee was there on the hour, not getting there early and turn on the heater and maybe walking around to see if something needed cleaning. I would do my work out then shower and head off to work, you wouldn’t dare shower without flip flops on, eventually I stopped my membership because I walked into the first shower to find some whitey tighties hanging from the shower head, so I went into the next shower to find someone had blown their bloody nose on the wall (yes blood), my only option for a shower after that was the handicapped shower, my entire shower I kept waiting for someone to cuss me out for using the their shower.I recently retired so I was contemplating rejoining to get in shape for board season, but after the pics and comments I see the conditions haven’t changed and their team has nothing but excuses, so no thank you.

Equipment is old but well maintained and functional. It's busy and can be hard to find open machines.

Yes, I keep buying memberships and then I don t go, but it s a good gym, cool ppl, pretty girl at the desk

The perfect gym. Just about every machine and free weight you can ask for. The staff cares and does a great job keeping the gym cleaned up and everything organized. I lost my phone here once (and my temprer) and everyone jumped to help me find it including other patrons. I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend this gym to anyone beginner or gym vets. They also have smoothies, a chiropractor and a barber shop is connected! If you have an injury there is a sports physical therapy clinic next door. What else could you ask for?

They need to update a lot of the equipment, especially the foam pieces on the weight machines. The room that they have the free weights in seems to be a former basketball court, where you will experience random balls flying past you, as you use rickety weight benches, to the hoops while you are working out. There is a random $40 a year fee that is to "update" equipment, but I am not seeing where these funds are being used. Upstairs is better organized with all of their cardio equipment. The locker room is a well kept area, with the showers, sauna, and lockers all in working order.

Plenty of space and equipment options to get whatever you need to get done, done. Staff is friendly and super helpful. Gym is CLEAN! and well maintained with the occasional machine down for repairs but never for a long time. Best gym in the surrounding area
