Team Fitness

Team Fitness is a member of Medicares "Silver & Fit" program. (A free fitness membership program for eligible seniors & disabled on Medicare. *Please check with your health plan if "Silver & Fit" is included in your plan.* This is what got me to walk through the doors, and I was very impressed! Very pleased with the facility, the friendly staff, its cleanliness, equipment & maintenance, and more.Team Fitness has LOTS of exercise equipment, of all kinds, so you don't have to wait for a machine. Has a large variety of classes, for all ages & levels of fitness, with morning & evening availability. (ask front desk for current schedule) Most classes are free & included in your membership. However, there are a few that do cost a small fee, they are noted on the schedule, or the front desk is very helpful in answering any questions.Open 24 hrs on most days. Has personal training packages available for purchase. Also has tanning packages available for purchase. Has many other ammenities, a few are: a health bar which has a wide variety of delicious foods, from salads, wraps, smoothies, and many other drinks, & food. (No alcohol) "Team Fitness logo items such as clothes, water bottles, cups, etc. A variety of suppliments, clothing, ear buds, and more.Inside Team Fitness there are 2 certified & licensed medical offices, There is also a Hair Salon, you can make appointments with for multiple of services. (NOTE: the above is informational only, not an endorsement by this writer).Team Fitness has separate men & women's changing/bathroom/dressing rooms. These are very spacious, & clean. The changing areas have plenty of seating. Ample lockers that are multi level, helpful for individuals that are of all heights, from tall, medium, short, to wheelchairs. For security reasons bring your own lock, to secure your personal items. *Each Includes 1 private tanning room, ask front desk for key. There are other tanning rooms, across from the front desk. (*Tanning is not included in membership).Each bathroom/changing room has multiple "very roomy" shower areas, with privacy curtains. All shower stalls include wall mounted free dispenser of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. (If you need a bath towel, just ask the front desk. They are free to use, just deposit them in appropriate hamper when done.) Wheelchair accessible bathroom stall, & shower are also available. ADA showers are complete with safety bars, and ADA approved seat (if needed).These bathrooms/changing rooms are very spacious, each have a private sauna room, & access to hottub. A very well thought out flow to the room, so everyone isn't crowded together. Excellent place if you like to shower after workout, and want to get ready for work, or other. Has a long counter, with nice lighting, huge wall mirror, seating, plenty of outlets, AND ample hair dryers right there (no need to ask front desk).These are just a few of everything Team Fitness has. There isn't a pool on sight, but is available at Lake Stevens High School.

I love this gym!! Great staff, and great place! A lot of equipment I don't see any where else, dumbbells go up to like 150#. Great for bigger lifters but have alot for everyone else. Would suggest it to anyone👍 …

This gym is pretty legit. I took like a 2 year break from the gym after a pretty serious injury feel good to be back. Lots of just normal people here. Nice change from the gym I was used to where you need to basically stab a slightly aggressive acting tren head just to use the bench. Staff is nice and men’s bathroom is always kinda dirty so I feel at home. Sauna is sometimes really hot and other times not at all. Kinda crowded with machines that don’t get much use, but nice to have when you want to use them. Only real down side is sometimes there is a lot of people making it difficult to do what you want when you want to. Solid Jim

Great atmosphere, friendly personnel, plenty of healthy snacks/energy drinks available for purchase, and a large variety of free weights/resistance equipment. The price of a monthly membership is fair considering they’re open 24 hours throughout the normal weekdays. Haven’t regretted the membership since I joined and don’t plan on going elsewhere.
