AVOID THIS GYM! I moved away to eastern Washington 4 months into my year contract. I paid the rest of the remaining 8 months on my contract because that is what I signed up for. After the 12th months I called 3 separate times telling them exactly what I am trying to do. All 3 times there is no manager there, I was told to give my phone number and purpose for calling and they would have a manager call me back, never got a single call. Had to drive 3 hours on a Saturday to talk to them in person where I was informed I could have sent a letter by US Certified mail to cancel my membership but nobody was trained well enough to tell me this over the phone. Then after they file my cancellation they call and say I still have a balance for supposedly missing a month in December and still trying to charge me again for June. Stay away!! They are shady and money hungry. I will not be surprised if they try sending me to collections for this which is a bunch of bs.

Great gym, great staff, great equipment, right price!!!

Team Fitness closed down their Snohomish branch then did not even have the courtesy to inform their members of this closing. On top of that they sent me to collections to collect for a club that is not even open, citing they have another open in less than 10 miles. It is 6 miles way in brutal traffic. I did not even know they had a second club! I called and and they are jerks on the phone as well. Stay away!

I've been going to Team Fitness since before Mike built his current location. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, and my only beef has been their hours. I wish they were open later, especially on the weekends,

I would normaly rate them 5 stars but after tonight, they just cost me $60 in brand new clothes because they decided to radomly cut all the locks off the lockers after giving us little to no warning... I wasnt able to come to the gym physically for a month due to work issues and when i came back, myclothes were all stolen. They were more than willing to email us members when asking for donations, but the when it came to warning us that they were gunna cut our locks and put all our posesions out for anyone to steal, the didnt email us at all.

Worst Gym in the area. I would highly advise that you stay away from this gym. It is small and there is always a wait for machines. On top of that the staff and especially the trainers are rude and come across very snobby. This past month I was charged $280 by this gym. When I went to go workout the door wouldn't even open and the trainer just closed the door in my face and said too bad your key doesn't work. He didn't even try to help me. Needless to say this gym has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and calling the corporate office.

They are very nice people and I like the instructors. They have helped me lose 40 lbs. The 3 stars though is there equipment. It looks old and some of them dont work well. The sana is old and beat up. If they fix the sana I would give them 5 stars. I have been a member for over a year and I do like the gym.

I was interested in joining but when I asked questions about the membership they talked to me like I was dumb. So I won't be going to a place that doesn't have respect for members or potential members. I deserve to have my questions answered without feeling badly for it.

Shocking. Poor instructors, lack of real interest in helping you. Tried to cancel membership and three months on I am still paying, after my contract expired. Shoukd have known as someone else was going through the same issues the day I went in to cancel. Rubbish customer service, so as long as you want to be tied to this gym for the rest of your life, go for it...In the process of complaining to the BBB to get this sorted. Such a headache. They are basically a bunch of crooks!

We have been with this gym for over a year and have been very pleased for the most part. We however with there were more options for classes (step aerobics is one of the most popular classes and they don't offer it), and wish there was a mat area upstairs for stretching and abs. I agree that they "state of the art" machines in the Lake Stevens location should be taken out and replaced with a stretching area where people can sit on mats to stretch, do push ups or abs. As for a dirty locker room I have never walked into the locker room and thought it was dirty or had a problem with the shower. I have had great experience with the staff. They even change the channel on the TV for us if we ask. They welcome us when we walk in and say "have a good day/night" when we leave!
