The energy and atmosphere here is amazing! The instructors are the best and really care about you hitting your fitness goals. This is the best workout I've ever had and it makes me want to keep coming back because it is fun and the staff and other members are inspiring. Everyone should come check this place out!

I wasn't sure what to expect as I have never kickboxed in my life. I also am not the most coordinated person. I loved this place. It was tough, and at times I wasn't sure I'd finish; but it was the right amount of tough. The instructors are extremely motivating and helped everyone modify as appropriate for their abilities. The also know how to push you without making me feel like I'm in the military. The members are family. The owners really are involved with the members. Every workout is new and I'm always excited and smiling when I walk in the door for my next class.

I have been a member at ILKB in the past, and was so excited to learn that the Federal Way location would be opening close to where I live. I bought the 5 class web special, and went to my class thinking that I knew what to expect. I was blown away by the amazing staff that they have at this location. In just a few visits the instructors knew my name, and genuinely seemed interested in every person that was attending class. I love that the workouts are challenging and different everyday, and all the members here are so friendly and encouraging. There are a lot of people that attend each class, and I look forward to them adding more class times as they continue to grow. This may be out of your comfort zone, but I would encourage you to just buy the web special and try it out! You’ll be surprised at how much fun you’ll have!

I joined I Love Kickboxing in October and have loved every second of it. It is high energy and tons of fun. The instructors and owners are amazing, encouraging, and know me by name, which is always very welcoming. It sounds intimidating, but don't be scared, just give it a try and you too will be hooked. I love the Federal Way ILKB family and have met tons of new friends who encourage and push me to be a better me!
