you should probably let members know when you are closing for american holidays and closing early etc. it’s really not that hard. just email members before stating you’re closing so they can plan their days and workouts. it’s a simple task which you should probably consider as you literally close for every little american holiday. not everyone is aware that you close at 2pm or are completely closed for the entire day for a particular day. i’ve never seen a gym do this anywhere. and if they do they email and notify members before hand so they don’t take a 20 $ uber there just to go back.

Love this place, they have lots of classes from yoga, to Zumba and more. Staff makes you welcome everyday .

Extremely rude employees. The younger Hispanic guy with the mustache was trying to mock me for no apparent reason. Sarcastic attitude. And some blonde girl was also rude. Idk whats up with the staff.

So if you want to tan I recommend not coming in while their employee Ayden is working.i came In to tan and first he put me in bed 1 and I waited 10 minutes and my bed wasn't turning on.so I called the front desk.this happened 3 times.finally he asks me to move to bed 2..so I had to get dressed all over again.same thing happened in bed 2..I came out rather irritated and asked him if he was new here and he says he wasn't..so I'm confused why you can't turn the beds on..and I ha to take a shower and leave without tanning bc they were closing at 10pm.i pay money to go here and I expect the emoyees to know how to use the amenities here..

Don't sign up here, after cancelling your membership they will keep charging you and then send it to collections! I'm not the only person having this problem! Why should I have to pay for something I didn't use for over a year, even after I called and told them that I moved out of State!? These people are complete scum bags!!!

Kylie has very rude through the whole call and the other before. She left multiple times during the call just to mock and laugh what I was saying only for me to overhear it the entire time. Even though this post was about to be the multiple charges that came after I canceled my membership I didn’t even care after talking on the phone with her.Since this was the worst customer service

Great gym that's affordable and close to home. The staff is always friendly, the gym floor and bathrooms are always clean, and they have all the various machines and equipment I need for a great workout.
