24 Hour Fitness in Fort Collins offers a wide range of gym equipment, including weights, cardio machines, and additional amenities like a pool, sauna, and basketball court. The staff receives mixed reviews, with some members praising them for their friendliness and professionalism, while others have had negative interactions. Cleanliness and maintenance are major concerns, as many customers report the gym being dirty and equipment often out of order.

This gym has plenty to do to get a good workout in, and most of the staff are friendly. However, this club is disgusting! There is dust, hair, and old tissues on the machines. Do NOT go barefoot in the locker rooms. Being a regular, I can tell they get cleaned once a week at best.

Well, I have been on the fence for a while but today was the day I decided to go looking for a new gym. One with equipment that works, lighting that gets turned on and areas that gets wipes down every so often. Oh, and Maybe a few layers a Kilz in the locker rooms might help to block out the rot of the old sewer pipe.

Was here for a few months from the UK. Great gym with everything you need and helpful staff. Zee especially helped and was very approachable. Will re-join when I am back, for sure.

I gave 5 stars cuz I am an empath. Never been here, but I am signed up for access. I am scared to even go after seeing the reviews lately. Yikes. Biggest first impression....NOT 24 HOURS! Holy HOW??? THATS ABSURD. ITS YOUR NAME. CHANGE YOUR NAME!! I already see the stock answer that no one wants to see, or even believe, is your answer. No one wants to drive an hour away, even that response is insulting. Isn't it illegal anyway? False advertising type thing? I believe you could get sued as well. Gymrats, put the weights down for a sec., and ORGANIZE! Lol

I have been loyal member for this 24 hour fitness branch for almost 8 years. The facility in the gym has been declining every year after Covid it has been disaster. The hours are not it use to be it does not operate 24 hours and the excuse the management has for not able to hold up the brand image and retain the right staffing is absolutely unacceptable. The basketball court is what i use the most and the management will not turn on AC in order to reduce the utility cost. It only not cause liability issue for young athletes and members that use the court daily because of such humidity that builds up inside the court. It is like playing in Sahara desert and i have seen at least 3-5 people slip and fall because of the sweat and humidity that builds up in the court. I remember when this specific branch had such good management before. It used to have 2 janitors at all time cleaning after the facility day and night. They use to have better lighting system all through out the gym and it did not look like a cave before COVID. The sauna room and steam room was spotless clean and it was miraculously deep cleaned daily before now it is hideous to use and the hot tub is disgusting i wont even attempt to use it. I recently visited the 24 hour branch by Arveda which it reminded me of the Old 24 hour fitness. It operates 24 hours and the facility was spotless. This really makes me sad im writing this type of review hoping the branch in fort collins will recognize its own problem and revise many fall outs of the facility. I suggest reaching out to corporate and work on the fundamentals of the structure of the facility. If nothing changes i can only see the branch eventually shutting down in matter of time.

I came to the gym 3-4x a week starting back in July 2022 for personal training. From the beginning, the personal Training program had its share of problems. I started with a female trainer who left after 4-6 weeks without saying goodbye & canceling my last appt. It was obvious she was burnt out the last 2 weeks we worked together because I wasn't getting the same training or attention to workouts when I started. After she left, I worked with a male trainer who was supervised by the fitness manager. My workouts were not updated every 2-3 weeks, or even 4-5 weeks, my progress wasn't monitored, and my nutrition wasn't reviewed. I often had to go to my trainer and the managers to ask for updated workouts, progress reviews, and ask about my nutrition. It was often dismissed until I requested it more than once. After finally leaving the gym, and interviewing with several others, trainers at other facilities who were licensed to be a trainer, could not believe the advice I was getting. They set my calorie and macro levels so high it was no wonder I wasn't making any progress. (900 calories more than I should have been consuming every day) I wasn't in a calorie deficit and not having workouts updated consistently did not help either. I wasn't being challenged enough. Lack of professional boundaries was also an issue I experienced there. The staff were all very nice and the gym was nice, and it was hard to leave. But considering how I drove round-trip of about an hour 4x a week to go the gym, worked my butt off, and didnt see the results that I was paying for, I had no option but to leave. If you are going to use their personal Training program here, I'd highly recommend interviewing them extensively about their knowledge of nutrition, how often they update their workouts, etc. You should get what you're paying for, especially when you're putting the effort in. At my new gym, I can already tell a huge difference in the professionalism and attention given to my fitness journey. It was a sad situation all around, but I hope my review can help them improve a little so maybe new clients can have a much better experience than I did.
