I’m happy that they have tanning and hydro beds for my salon experience without going to a salon. The employees are friendly , gym is pretty clean compared to other crunch’s ! Over all not a bad place to workout

A bunch of morons and guys in short shots hog up the machines. They have little bird arms and stand there admiring them. Then you have the girls who wedge their yoga shorts up their butts and know nothing about what they’re doing. It would be one thing if the people were actually good looking who were doing all of these shenanigans, but they’re not. They think they’re looking really good, but they’re just taking up the equipment and looking at their phones for 10 minutes in between sets. My favorite are the whackjobs that come in with tube tops on or their hair and make up done. Oh, and what’s with the guys forgetting leg day in that place? If I see one more dumb pic of guys pointing at each other in the picture I’m going to lose my mind. Ew. I give this place 2 stars because it deserves a 0 for a gym, but it should get like a 4 for people watching.

This gym has great equipment and a very friendly staff! I love going here! I have also had the chance to work with Personal Trainer Candace and she has been so helpful with my fitness journey! She gave me tools for nutrition and a workout plan to help get me ready for my wedding and I ended up seeing great results because of her help✨

Been going to this gym about 2+ months now, and I love it here. Early morning (2am workouts for me) and obviously there's never anyone there. Even at peak times while it can be crowded you can still get any machine you need with a little careful planning of your workouts. Only knock I would have is they're not 24 hours on the weekends and whoever is the opener on Sundays tends to be late at times. Waited 20 minutes past opening today and no one had showed up to open the gym yet. And it's not the first time.

This is a nice gym with lots of training equipment and machines, and enough space that you can perform your own workouts. Candace and Ryan were awesome as personal trainers, working with me to get more confident in a gym environment, and helping me out when I strained my shoulder. I was able to work with them rather than doing expensive physical therapy. The no judgement motto is great, everyone really just does their own thing. Highly recommend!

Candace my personal trainer is amazing. Not only did she help me get on the right track to pursue my personal fitness goal. She made me feel like I was in control of my journey. Where she would push me to my limit with workout plans but I was comfortable enough to tell her no on some exercise. When I would go and see her it felt more of a collaborative session rather than someone telling me what to do. On every session we would see progress and she was completely respectful and realistic when it came with my goals. I love working with Candace and couldn’t ask for a better trainer!

I signed up for personal training with Candace. She is nothing short of fantastic! She knows how to push you without burning you out. Candace is so easy to chat with and really listens to my wants and goals. She also understands that I am a busy mom and she wants me to succeed. She's asked me so many times, how she can help me reach my goals! I look forward to my training day with her every week.I also seriously enjoy the HIIT classes with Brandi. Everyone on staff that I have interacted has been great, from the Front Desk to the Kids Crunch staff, and Trainers.I agree with some reviews that the gym could definitely use some TLC. But I have seen improvements and hope those continue.

Great atmosphere. Wide variety of weightlifting equipment. It was very busy but everyone was pleasant and practiced good gym etiquette. I come to this area yearly and look forward to going back. They have a sauna and a steam room.

The gym facility itself is great, but think before you get a membership. They will lock you into an annual fee, charge you extra and not tell you, and make it really impossible to cancel. When I tried to cancel they lost the first written statement, then said I had to send another. I did and then they charged me another annual fee despite canceling right after my “contract” year was over. That extra charge was at the managers discretion. Just be aware that will nickel and dime you at any chance.

Pretty decent gym, gets crowded around 5pm and needs more single handled cable attachments, but nice staff and a good variety of equipment.
