I go to crunch a lot! And I also use their personal training. Jacob is my personal trainer, he’s been teaching me how to box. And from starting as a novice a few months ago I really feel like I’ve learned a lot, and Jacob also really encourages me to go to the gym and encouraging me on my progress!

Been going here since open, theres a lot of pros and cons, but ultimately, you can't beat the prices for what you get! I love classes they offer, tanning, massage beds, Sauna, etc. The instructors are amazing too! Although it does get crazy busy, I make it work and try to go on off times. The only other down side is that I wish deep cleaning was more often. I see team members clean counters, and mop the main walkways pretty often, but the bathrooms and showers could be deep cleaned more often and the gym could be deep cleaned too. The floors under benches, under free weights, and by the squat racks can get really bad. The black stretch zone area can be questionable too.As a manager, I try to be constructive and end on a good note, but the responses on the Google reviews here are very passive aggressive. So I hope you don't tear me down, but I do really enjoy coming here and I recommend it to me friends!

I have a torn meniscus in my knee and was training for a half marathon, pretty unsuccessfully. I went to Zach at crunch and he showed me some knee workouts to do on my own in order to strengthen my knee and it made such a difference. I finished the half marathon 15 minutes below my goal time, and did not have any pain during the race in my knee! Cannot recommend enough.

Go literally anywhere else. They cram so many people in such a small space that you’re fighting for machines. They don’t have a large area for free weights and you can’t use smaller barbells that allow you to build your weights. The bathrooms always smell, and the sauna area needs attention. If you want to cancel? Forget about it. They refuse to cancel over the phone so you have to go in and sign something—all while claiming it’s contract free. There are so many amazing gyms. Crunch. Ain’t. It. They will also HARASS you for a personal training session which is incredibly unnecessary. The worst part? The mirrors are warped so you don’t actually know what you look like making it difficult for people who actually have body dysmorphia. If you’re new to the gym, don’t choose this place. It’s discouraging. I have multiple memberships so it was easy to ditch this one. As someone who loves the gym, go anywhere else.

After taking part of their 7 day trial of the top package that normally costs $29.99, I am thoroughly impressed by this corporate gyms friendliness and expertise of the staff who works there.Their services are phenomenal as well and I especially liked the hydromssage beds they have on hand, although 15 minutes would be better than the 10 minutes they allow. The equipment and floors are always clean. During this week trial, I decided to try different times of the day including first thing when they opened on the weekend (24 hours Monday through Friday) and I was always greeted with friendliness. There was always employees adamant about cleanliness, including inside the locker rooms. Although certain times were busier than others,I found a good time to go was either 13:00-16:00, or 20:00 to 00:00. Another thing that I liked is I never had a problem getting them to change their Playlist up when I found the music difficult to work out with. Keep flexxn!

Predatory billing practices. Countless headaches when attempting to cancel membership. Billed for an additional month, after canceling. Annual membership service fee with monthly memberships. All masked in an a contract they label an "agreement" and refuse to admit it is a contract. They really seem to try to grift as much money out of you as they can.

40 something here. So I have given this gym two try’s since they’ve been open. Thoroughly enjoyed the amenities they have to offer such as the hydro beds and tanning. When they first opened it was so nice to be able to utilize newer equipment/facilities. I felt like there were tons of equipment options and a wide variety of classes too.Unfortunately, in the short time they have been open a lot of the cardio equipment is consistently broken. They’ve gained a huge following in the 20 something’s and under demo. I have gone during “prime time” and non “prime time” hours. Both of which are extremely crowded. I found it very difficult to get weight training accomplished I found the lack of availability of equipment and the broken equipment caused me to resort to the stair master most days.I could see how the “vibe” would be really intimidating for new people. So if you are in your teens and twenties and looking to be seen, this is the gym for you.I ultimately cancelled my membership for the second time due to lack of equipment availability, and the distance from my home. I did not see the value in driving that distance to a gym where I could barely do anything.

Very clean, lots of machines and equipment. Staff is very friendly. Comfortable environment no matter your age or fitness level or goals. I do hope they add the "Crunch-o-Meter" gym capacity feature for this location to the app, as that would be really helpful, too!

Nice gym, very big with LOTS of equipment, lots of different things to do. Staff is friendly enough, however when I signed up, I was told to also sign up for the free one on one physical trainer. When I asked follow up questions like "how long are they free for, what does it entail?" They couldn't quite give me a straight answer.Well, I signed up for it anyway. The trainer himself was amazing, very very nice and I wish I could afford to pay for his training. However, we did more "going over personal training packages" than actual training. The little training we did was great, he gave some amazing advice and pointers, it just felt like more of an infomercial.So...if you sign up, be ready for the onslaught of sales pitches you'll get if you don't sign up for the most expensive package right away. Other than that, I love that there are tons of machines and lots of room, it never feels over-crowded.The hours are really nice too!~Heather
