These guys have charged me almost 200$ and I have never been there. because of crunch, my bank account closed as I was saving up and had gone negative due to there negligence , this is completely unacceptable and unfair to me as a young adult trying to progress in life. I have NEVER stepped foot inside or even had an account and I called TWICE and had something done about it. The managers from multiple stores and headquarters know I have not associated with crunch and you guys still charge me even though I said I was not the one who had done it, I would’ve kept my card locked but they had me believing “the manager had it under control”I will never recommend a young adult to associate with this company.

This establishment often has leaks on roof over equipment, is often out of stock on paper towels or spray for sanitizing equipment (unsanitary), floors are slippery in the gym as well as bathrooms. It is very difficult to cancel your membership and you will not get a refund if you're dissatisfied with the service. Staff is unatentive depending on who is working which makes it inconsistent.

The staff is very friendly and the vibes are great. The parking lot is always packed and the machines are always in use so expect to wait. For the price of the membership and what the gym has to offer, it’s a good place to be!

The gym was always ok but busy. Their business methods are set up to squeeze as much money out of you as possible though. If you want to change anything on the account they routine claim that only their manager can do it, and you have to physically come in person to make any changes to your account. Managers are conveniently never at the gym when you call. Then you go in and managers are still not there so you have to write information down so that their manager can help a few days later. Between myself and my girlfriend we had about a 50/50 success rate at this point. After we finally cancelled now my girlfriend is receiving additional charges. She called and they agreed that they shouldn't have charged but, guess what, their manager wasn't there so they claimed they would call back. Now about 10 days later, we're just challenging the charge through the credit card company instead of chasing down a manager. It's clearly their business model so beware!

It’s 2023. The human species has advanced their technology to a tier that allows highly customizable experiences. One gym dares to defy human progress. In a world where the vast majority choose to augment their audial experience via headphones while exercising, those in charge of the PA system at Crunch fitness have decided: those people are wrong. They’re wrong and they need to cleansed. Cleansed in DECIBELS. The decibels of a musical selection that appears to have been generated shortly after someone entered puberty in the mid 2010’s and has been arrested ever since. A true champion of imposing one’s own predilections on the many. Five stars.

I had a family member sign up for a membership and then moved away. They contacted me and said they were still being charged and wanted me to cancel it for them. I was expecting this to be a huge hassle, and was prepared for an argument when I stopped by the gym one night, to speak to management. Thanks to Chase Labonne, that scenario never had to happen. He went above and beyond, to help me find a solution that would work, and helped me understand what I would need to do to get it canceled. He was very pleasant and professional, and actually made me consider joining the gym myself.Crunch, you have an asset in this team member, and I hope he is recognized for giving me such a great experience, especially considering the circumstances. 5 stars for sure!

I love going to this gym! The staff is friendly and I feel an overall motivational atmosphere. The only suggestion I have is to install some coat hooks in the tanning rooms and in the showers. It would be nice to hang my stuff up in these two areas instead of putting them on the floor. Particularly in the shower so my stuff doesn't get wet. Other than that I love everything else about this gym and I'm well on my way to being a healthier me!

They prey on poor college students. I was a victim of one of their “specials.” Despite talking to multiple managers on several occasions about how I cancelled my membership and signed my cancellation, I am still constantly getting calls about an outstanding balance. Don’t fall for their sign up deals.

Crunch is the best! Affordable with tons of equipment and machines. They also offer several classes throughout the day at no additional cost. After you finish your workout you can relax with a hydro massage or a tan 😎 …
