I have been going to Manic Training for 4 months now, and continue to feel & see progress with each session. Craig does a great job of motivating everyone while also focusing on form and consistency of each exercise. The wide range of equipment always creates a unique and challenging class. I would recommend Manic Training to anyone looking for a great workout, or to anyone having trouble finding consistency in their workout routine.

Manic Training is by far the best gym I have ever joined. Each workout is unique and challenging-- requiring strength, agility and endurance. No matter where you're at physically, you can do these workouts (trust me, when I started, my physical fitness dismal at best). I credit that to Craig, who is knowledgeable, motivational, and genuinely cares about the progress of every person. The classes are hard and rewarding and I leave every session thinking that there was not a better thing I could have done with that hour of my life!

Such a great place. I am proud to be a part of the manic team and culture. Manic pushes me in ways that I would never push myself. I see gains on a regular basis and enjoy the progressive workouts. Craig, Susie, justin, Pam, and chad are all awesome trainers. Thank you for having me.

As a competitive person and mountain biker, I was not sure what to expect from Manic when I joined 5 months ago. This place makes me challenge myself each time I show up. Most of all I like the atmosphere of this place. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, support each other, and root each other on. It’s like family.

This place has opened up my eyes to a whole new take on fitness. It's a functional method that translates into my day to day. I'm a Dad and a handyman and Manic enables me to be present and keep up with what evers thrown at me. I also love running and this year plan to due my first ultra marathon and have no doubt that the base built at Manic will enable me to crush this goal and stay strong on those mountain trail runs. Thank you Craig and Manic tribe.

After a crossfit injury and some poor personal training, I was sort of lost when a friend recommend I try Manic. This has been the best fitness program I've ever been and will continue to be a part of! The support, encouragement, and one on one attention make this more than just a workout routine.

Craig, owner and coach, is very knowledgeable and skilled in leading group fitness and exercise. Modifications to make exercises easier and harder are provided. There is no doubt about it, you will get a great workout here. If you come three times a week you should get the recommend amount of both aerobic and resistance training that you are suppose to get every week.
