I am a 59 year young woman who has had bilateral knee replacements 2 years ago. I have been swimming most of my life and I was grateful to have swimming to keep me moving. I was wanting a bit more weight bearing exercise to help with bone density and indurance and decided to try Manic Gym.Craig has worked hard to develop a workout that has kept me motivated The results continue to exceed my own expectations of what I thought I was capable of doing. The workouts are 45 minutes long, challenging and fun, I look forward to going 3 times a week.Craig is a great teacher, caring, compassionate and encouraging and I am so happy to have found you, thank you so much!!

The workouts at Manic Training Fort Collins are nothing short of amazing. The workouts are difficult but doable. They allow you to tailor the weights to your comfort level while pushing you to do better. I left Manic Training feeling energized and ready for my day, but I definitely felt the soreness kick in as the day went on! The facility is beautiful and clean, the equipment is brand new, and the trainer is motivating and inspiring. No matter what skill level you are, I fully recommend giving Manic Training Fort Collins a chance. You will see results not only physically, but mentally as well.

Manic Training is by far the most effective, functional workout program that I have participated in. Since joining in September of 2017, I am a significantly fitter and better athlete. Great workout! I would never have had the courage to walk into a gym like this if not for the owner, Craig. All workouts are attainable for all levels of fitness, without being intimidating, yet the best and most effective cardio and strength training. No matter what your level of fitness, everyone is challenged. I have definitely seen results. Craig is a constant source of encouragement, vision and goals. I highly recommend Manic to anyone looking to make a change and improve your physical abilities as well as how you look and feel about yourself.

Manic Training is the best thing to happen to Fort Collins since I moved here 3.5 years ago. I had searched and tried upwards of 10 different gyms and was always disappointed before Manic opened its doors last fall. Manic is what I have craved and searched for since moving here.Manic is unlike any other gym. You don't just come in, do your workout and then leave. Manic is a community. It's made up of people who show up, work hard, support one another and enjoy life outside of the gym.The workouts are always different and you NEVER get bored. After going to gyms in the past, I would often feel like I was "in shape" and the workouts weren't very challenging anymore. I've been going to Manic since it opened and I have never once felt "in shape"...the workouts kick my butt every single time.Manic changes you physically, but almost more importantly, mentally. It teaches you to not doubt yourself and to realize that you and your body are capable of way more than you ever thought was possible.For many of us, Manic is our "home" away from home. It is a place we look forward to going to filled with people who have become our second family.

I wandered in to Manic Training just over three months ago looking for a fitness program to help me get back in athletic shape after several years of living an all-American, sedentary lifestyle. Since joining, my life has improved in more ways than I could have ever expected. I am leaner, faster, stronger, and my attitude towards fitness has become positive - which is crazy.Manic workouts are ever-changing, very challenging, and great for all ages and fitness levels. I was in poor physical shape when I started, and just three hours a week has earned me real results.The trainers (Craig and Zach) are well-educated in fitness and nutrition. The facility and equipment is clean and spacious. And the members are genuinely good people who check their egos at the door. Manic is more than a gym or training program - it is a team and a community. So stop talking yourself out of it and give this place a try.

Manic Training is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of! I love that every workout is different and is a new challenge ever class. I’ve been a member for 4 months and I can honestly say I have never felt better. I 100% recommend this gym to everyone! Wether you are in great shape or not so great shape Craig is awesome at making you feel comfortable and will help you reach your goals!

Awesome high intensity workouts are challenging physically as well as mentally. Craig keeps his classes on schedule, provides excellent instruction, coaches proper form and technique while promoting a team/community environment. I started with a free week and loved it straight away, I have now been at Manic for several months and every session has been unique with ever changing exercises. The Manic workouts directly translate to being in the best shape of my life. Looking forward to the next session!!!!

Manic is the best!!! The positivity of the instructors and members is amazing and inspiring. The quality of these workouts can’t be compared to any other work out program I have done before. The results are the proof!! The work outs are always different and can be applied to any sport or fitness goal. I am in the best shape of my life and genuinely look forward to every work out. Our gym closed at the end of March, and after being disappointed with several attempts to replace it, we found Manic. I was amazed and fell in love with Manic after the first workout. We fight as a team, everyone is accountable, and the workouts are challenging. The encouragement and professional direction I receive every workout really impresses me. Craig makes sure I do the workout right, and gives me difficult but reachable goals. My wife Jackie have found our new home to go to for 'Workout Dates'! After 12 sessions in the last month and a half I am already enjoying significant results with my strength, stamina, and confidence.
