Craig at Manic Traning is the BOMB. The workouts are always different, challenging, and fun. Craig is motivating and pushes you to your full potential. I honestly get bummed when I have to miss a class. Not only is Manic great for your body, it does wonders for your mind.

Manic Training...wow! From someone who hates working out to becoming someone who looks forward to going to the gym, all the credit in the world to Craig and the Manic team. If you are looking for a gym that kicks your butt (in a good …

Extremely challenging workouts, but they will definitely accommodate to people's various skill levels. I love Manic because it works your entire body. They mix up workouts with either HIIT style exercises or focus more on strength. They incorporate kettlebells, dumb bells, ropes, bikes, rowers, bodyweight, plyometrics, medicine balls, agility drills (with cones/ladders/hurdles), boxes, etc. I'm very happy with Manic and it has definitely gotten me in way better shape in both cardio and strength. Don't be intimidated! Everyone is super nice and work outs can be catered to your skill level.

Manic's training program is awesome. There is a lot of variety, the workouts are challenging and include cardio, weights and body weight exercises. Craig is a great trainer - he'll push you to your max (but in a nice way.. :) )

The workout is intense yet the time flies by with all of the different variations of exercises that are planned for the day. It’s awesome being surrounded by other motived and committed individuals. I’ve never been a morning person but 3 days a week I can’t wait to get to the gym before work. After 1 hour you really accomplish a great (and super sweaty) workout. So happy we found Manic Training!

I began doing Manic Training in Steamboat Springs years ago and I am so thrilled it has come to Fort Collins Colorado! The workouts are always challenging, different, and include cardio and weights. After giving birth to my son, I never thought i would be so strong again, but I am, thanks to Manic! It is addicting and I love it!

I was a bit hesitant to commit to a specialty gym because of the price but then I thought to myself, am I really using my current gym for what it's worth? Sure, it is less expensive but I was really only going to the classes and nothing else. I noticed I only went a couple times a week, was less motivated, and was not seeing any results. Therefore, I gave Manic a try and haven't looked back since. It's tough, sure! but totally worth it. The camaraderie, support, and uniqueness of these classes are a rare thing to find. Manic is for all levels of fitness so come and give it a shot!

I used to be so weak and out of shape that moshing was no longer fun anymore. Four months in at Manic and that had changed. Now I'm moshing with the best of them again. It's been six months here at Manic now and the dad bod I had earned from four years of a stagnant lifestyle, poor eating habits, and being a thirty-something is now almost gone. Jeans that I had a hard time getting into are now as easy to slip on as pajamas.I like the people at Manic. The trainers are friendly and don't hesitate to challenge me personally every session. They also cheer me on and help me with my form. So do the other gym members. The humility and ability there is inspiring. I'm surprised to say that I look forward to going to the gym now.

Last October I began searching for a functional workout for my 14 year old son that I could also do with him. I stumbled into Manic and decided to give it a shot. This was one of the best decisions of my life! Craig and Zach are not only knowledgeable trainers but they also push me to challenge myself in a way that I did not think was possible. The biggest difference I have seen is with my overall health. It has been 7 years since I had a L5/S1 discetomy for a herniated disc and I have also been dealing with a labral tear in my hip for the last 4 years. At 45 these injuries held me back due to the constant pain. However, Manic has changed that dramatically. My back and hip now feel stronger than ever and my chronic pain has mostly disappeared. Craig works with me to modify certain exercises and now due to my increased core strength and flexibility I rarely need to modify anything. I feel better physically then I have in over a decade and this has translated to better performance in the outdoor activities I love to do. My son and daughter are both young athletes and they really enjoy the workouts as well. It has been fun to find a place like Manic where we all can push ourselves and workout together in a fun, challenging, and supportive environment. Manic offers a large variety of workout times to fit any schedule. 3 hours a week can change your life!
