Manic has done wonders for me. I enjoy the team approach to fitness, the variety of workouts, and the spirit and energy of the teammates and instructors. I have been coming to Manic for 5 months and when I finish a workout I feel mentally better and physically stronger. I see differences in my body and my abilities. Every workout is a challenge! The workout keeps you on your toes and you never feel like it is routine. I appreciate the hours available and can find a time that works with my schedule.

Manic is a great full body and mind challenge. My endurance, strength, and grit has improved since I started going and is a really great compliment to distance trail and road running. Manic really helped me train for, complete, and feeling strong at the finish of Quad Rock.

As a former professional athlete in the sport of baseball I have been around fitness in all forms my entire life. Manic is the real deal. The beauty of this program it fits all stages of fitness levels. From a former has been who still thinks he’s an athlete, to someone who has never been around fitness and wants to live healthy. There are all shapes and sizes, and the positivity and encouragement is heavy. I look forward to pushing myself physically with the Manic team, because if I do it here it spills into all areas of my life !

Manic training has transformed my life both physically and mentally. When I began my free trial, I hadn't worked out since I was a kid and my age was starting to take its effect on my body. Everyday life activities and increased work stress seemed to consume all my energy. The coaching and support I got from Manic staff and its members made me feel comfortable and kept me coming back for more. The variety of workouts and unique exercises has conditioned my entire body and has kept me excited about going to the gym. Today, I feel great, my entire body is stronger and more flexible then it has ever been. I have tons of energy both physically and mentally to focus and succeed on the important things in life. I hope busy mom's read this review because MANIC TRAINING IS the gym for everyone and ESPECIALLY us busy mom's! I see woman all over town dressed in their workout clothes.. either going to or from their gym and I literally want to run up to every one of them and say "YOU MUST GO TO MANIC TRAINING! YOU ARE WASTING YOUR PRECIOUS TIME EVERYWHERE ELSE!"...Unlike other gyms, At MANIC TRAINING ...you do a DIFFERENT WORKOUT everytime you go...what mom and wife has the time to invent and change up our workout to benefit our entire body 3 times a week?! Craig...the owner and coach creates different amazing HIIT workouts every week! Craig is the perfect balance of authority and care and concern...which makes you respect him, the workout, and the entire dynamic of MANIC TRAINING immensely. At a typical gym...you must pay extra to receive training and assistance from a personal trainer...not at MANIC TRAINING...every workout, a trainer...mainly CRAIG...is there to help and assist and guide you in every workout to only benefit yourself to workout safe and be stronger! The group gym classes also provide positive encouragement...everyone at MANIC, regardless if they are super-fit, average, or trying to get in shape...everyone is on the same team...everyone is so kind and encouraging...no mirrors in the gym...no egos! The workouts make you stronger and in better shape than you have ever been in! Finding Manic Training has been a blessing in my life...I am stronger not only physically but mentally and emotionally. I recommend MANIC TRAINING to everyone! I LOVE MANIC!

I absolutely love coming to Manic! Everyone is extremely friendly and Craig (owner) is great at pushing you beyond what you think you can do. The class workouts are always different and challenging. If you get bored here then something is wrong with you or you aren't trying hard enough. I've learned to "enjoy" some workouts that I used to absolutely hate. I can't say enough great things about this place. You have to try it to see what all of us are talking about.

Wow, what can I say about Manic?! First of all, I LOVE it. I honestly wasn’t sure I would. My expectation was that it was going to be really competitive, overly intense and intimidating. I was so very wrong. Manic is intense - but in the best way - the workouts are hard! It’s always challenging and always different. The energy in the gym is far from intimidating - it is supportive and positive. I walked in on my first day and everyone was gathered in a circle talking to the instructor - they all turned to welcome me and say hello. I love that I can tailor the workout to me... I have strong areas and weak areas that need work...but I’m not competing with anyone but me. Did I say there are no mirrors - I can’t tell you how nice this is. It’s the first gym I’ve ever been in that didn’t have them and until now I didn’t realize how distracting my own image was haha. Gone are the days that I worry about what I’m wearing or how I look while I’m working out. Craig is a stickler for form which has helped me immensely and helped with the years of back pain I’ve experienced. I can’t wait to start camping, backpacking and fly fishing this summer - Manic has me well prepared to enjoy the things I love!! I highly recommend Manic training for anyone 🧡Shannon

❤️ Heartfelt Inspiration!!Manic is not just any gym! It has made me stronger physically, mentally and especially spiritually! Every week we get to try out new and exciting ways to challenge ourselves!The MANIC TEAM we have is priceless! The suppprt we have for eachother at each workout is truly amazing! My husband and I go together 3 X’s a week. It feels good to have my life partner with me encouraging one another and meeting goals in the gym to be ready for life outside the gym! One truly amazing place!

Best gym I've ever trained at. Manic has made me feel like an athlete again. Every week the workouts incorporate agility, strength, and endurance training. Each workout is suitable for all levels, and the whole Manic community is really one of a kind. Never thought I'd be so excited to get my butt kicked!
