24 Hour Fitness

Honestly when will we get back to the point of 24hr operation. I mean this is the key highlight to 24hr gym. Being able to go anytime of the day around the clock. We pay the same monthly bill for less of our membership. Honestly they are quietly getting away with us paying more while getting less.

I came in for a 3-day trial. However, rather than letting me try out the gym, the manager and a sales representative made me sit through an hour of going through different membership plans when I made it pretty clear that I wanted to try out the gym first to see what the vibes were. Highly unprofessional of the manager, who also spoke to me rudely. The "3-day" trial is a scam.

Came in for a 3 day trial, my bag with my wallet and keys etc locked up in the changing room were stolen (bolt cutters) and the thief already start running my credit card while I was still working out. The police officer that showed up said it happens every day here. Horrible crime here, management/staff are aware and don't care.

definitely NOT a Super Sport!! the equipments here are extremely outdated and most are broken. If you do end up coming to this gym for whatever reason, to double check the equipment before you use it that it is not broken or damaged!!Lastly, the bathroom is a mess... a total mess, no one ever clean it, you can always found used dirty toilet papers laying everywhere on the floor, it smells awful inside, even with a face mask on....Report the broken machines to the staff as I twisted my ankle on the broken machine, since I don't want anymore ppl to get hurt on the broken machines, the staffs were all just chilling on their phones, or playing candy crush.Management, you need to stop ignoring the fact how poorly the front desk customer service is, how old/broken the machines are, and how dirty the bathroom is...

Once the best gym in the area now it’s going down hill. Most of the stuff is broke, jacuzzi has been green for 3 days now and employees don’t do any team cleans. Items scattered throughout the gym and nothing is organized anymore. It a shame!

Called to inquire about a class being held. I had the displeasure of speaking with Audrey who rudely began speaking with another customer while on the call. Was absolutely helpless and seemed annoyed at the fact that I had questions. As a guest, not a primary member (yet, now not sure I want to join at all), she was very dismissive. She provided one word answers to my questions. Terrible phone etiquette and overall customer service. Not a good look for new member acquisition nor customer retention.

I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade. I've been a personal trainer and a coach for many different gyms and workout facilities. This gym is by far the most unsanitary and unkempt gymbI've ever been to. Dust bunnies run rampant around this gym and it seems as though the staff is blissfully ignorant to the need for cleaning properly.If you happen to visit this facility any time past mid day, not only will you be overcome with the amount of people, which is typical to any commercial gym, you will be met with 5-10 shirtless highschool boys who don't seem to have any sort of respect for the other paying members. I watched as a group of 3 shirtless boys used a bench for 20 minutes, laying down with their sweaty backs, just to walk away without sanitizing it. I had to stop the next member, a older woman, from using the machine and kindly wiped it down for her explaining what I saw.The front desk staff at night does not enforce any kind of hygiene or fitness apparel policy. I observed the girl at the front desk casually leaning back scrolling Instagram while upstair was a complete madhouse.I understand that a 24 hour gym has a huge population but it is the responsibility of the staff to make sure that everyone feels welcome and safe.Imagine an older couple touring the gym for the first time only to see a gym floor covered in dust, so much that the fire alarm has a 2inch pile on it, young boys walking around shirtless flexing in the mirrors, and a front desk staff that is completely oblivious to the going s on of the facility.I only go to this gym because it is one of 2 in my area but I hope that in reading this message, someone that works at this facility will take action and improve the conditions for all members.

Lots of space and equipment but looks like they haven’t replaced the equipment since they first opened up - a lot of it is very old. Barely provide enough cleaning solution bottles for people to use and clean the equipment after use. I don’t think the weights are properly re-racked by staff daily, so it’s always a hassle trying to find certain weights (nor do any signs or management encourage people to re-rack the weights)2 stars since I got a monthly deal on my membership, but it’s barely better than a planet fitness which is $10/month

Decent gym. Good amount of machines and free weights. Half court basketball. Reception is bad, but that might just be my cell network.

Glad they're back open. Machines are spaced, masks on, and plenty of disinfectant. Felt good being back!
