Staff is horrible. The workers treat you like they hate their job. The manager is rude and arrogant and doesn't help with any issues.

24 is always great I just request every one to help the employees in there and keep it clean , I see people leave their trashes on the floors of the restrooms, showers and by the equipments

I bought 2-years 24 hour fitness membership from Costco from 3/2019 to 3/2021. The fitness center was closed 3/2020 - 3/2021 due to Covid. When I came back in 6/2021, they did not honor my membership and ask me go back to Costco. I was caught in the middle with no response. Bad bad bad!!!

New to the Bay Area and this is a pretty great location. My forest encounter was with Laurine (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) and she is amazing! Really made me feel welcome and remember my name since the first encounter. Overall, great gym!

If you are looking for a new gym or are thinking about your first visit to a 24 Hour Fitness go to Fremont Automall with confidence, you will not be disappointed. I have been a 24 hour fitness member since 2004 and in that time have frequented many of their facilities throughout California. Out of the 30 plus locations I have visited, this is my favorite one to work out in. They have amble cardio equipment, a nice open free weight area, and a large functional training space. The management is very friendly and do a fantastic job making sure this facility is always clean and well maintained. Great overall gym!!

Gym is back open after being closed for months again because of the governor's bogus COVID restrictions. No reservations needed at this location at the moment. Plenty of spray bottles located around the gym for cleaning of machines. Everyone I saw there today had their masks on and most cleaned the equipment after use. Lockers in the men's locker room can be used again. Pool and basketball court still closed.

I am so happy that this facility is open again and that they are taking extreme precautions to keep everyone safe in this age of covid-19.I would have given this facility five stars, but I am subtracting one star because their computer scheduling system interfaces with my Google calendar and is inserting appointments that I do not have. Nobody at the club can figure out how to fix this.I go into my Google calendar and delete the appointments, but they show back up again!I work out with Shahid, a master trainer, and he is extremely knowledgeable and great at communicating and explaining the moves and exercises he wants me to do. If I have problems with an exercise, he gives me a tip to help me master it, and if one tip doesn't make the difference for me, he figures out another one! He's extremely patient and encouraging.I think this is a very good club and the two trainers I have used here have been fabulous. Everyone is helpful and friendly.If they would just fix this computer glitch, I'd gladly give them 10 Stars!

I registered for a guess pass online and someone from the gym called and asked me to come over the gym for a free trial. However, when I drove all my way there, the reception people won’t let me in and said they did not accept guess pass!! Totally wasted my time and they should tell me the information when they called or had this information online. I won't consider 24 fitness anymore and apparently, City Sports has better service.
